We are constantly acquiring new software products, and in this role, you will make sure that the internal systems that power our business and growth function without any defects.

This role is a 100%-remote, work-from-anywhere position that gives you freedom and flexibility while you hone your testing execution and creation skills. You'll work in an agile environment, learn about software development lifecycles, and get exposed to different technology stacks.

What you will be doing

  • Maintaining and creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Testing functionality in Salesforce and validating data between our internal systems and legacy systems
  • Reporting bugs and errors to the development team

What you will NOT be doing

  • Working on multiple products at the same time – you will deeply learn and understand your assigned product

Key responsibilities

You will ensure that every single piece of work – no matter how small – is delivered to the highest standard. You'll be executing test cases, writing bug reports, and reporting defects. 

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on manual testing experience 
  • Experience writing test plans and cases for Salesforce
  • Daily work schedule that significantly overlaps with standard US Central timezone (UTC-6) work hours 

Nice to have

  • Certified Salesforce System Administrator
  • Salesforce CPQ experience
