Aurea has a broad library of high-quality enterprise software that we sell through a unique "unlimited" selling model. We are growing all the time - we buy mission-critical software products, bundle them into one subscription, and put those products on a renewed path to long-term success.

Aurea is looking for a conscientious, skilled communicator to build relationships with current customers to drive their business’s success using our software library. We won’t require you to carry sales quotas, because unlike a lot of software companies, we’re confident in our products, our process, and our people.

If you are looking for a customer-facing role, and you want to be the driving force behind our success and our customers' success, then we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing

  • Customer outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Tracking account plan progress for the benefit of the sales team

What you will NOT be doing

  • New customer acquisition
  • Doing much of anything that isn’t customer-facing
  • Scrambling to meet a quota

Key responsibilities

Ensuring Aurea customers are heard from and engaged in their path to success using our products.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Previous experience in software sales or software sales support
  • Your working hours match a time zone in the U.S. or U.K.
