Pre-Sales Engineer   $100,000 USD/year

Description

Are you a technical expert who's tired of demonstrating incremental product improvements? Ready to showcase technology that's fundamentally transforming how children learn? Join us in proving that AI can help students master academics in half the time, scoring in the top 1% nationally while reclaiming their afternoons for real growth.

At 2 Hour Learning, we've cracked the code on personalized education. Our AI-powered platform enables students to master academics in just 2 hours a day through adaptive learning paths, freeing up time for crucial life skills development. The results speak for themselves: students consistently score in the top 1-2% nationally, with our high schoolers averaging 1470+ on SATs and gaining acceptance to Stanford, Vanderbilt, and other top universities.

We're looking for a technical expert who can bring our groundbreaking platform to more schools across the country. Your mission? Show private school leaders how our AI-driven mastery learning approach delivers 2x faster results while giving students back their afternoons for holistic development. This isn't about selling another edtech tool – it's about transforming how children learn and grow.

As an early member of our team, you'll help schools understand how our adaptive technology creates personalized learning paths that identify and address knowledge gaps in real-time. You'll showcase how our model eliminates the limitations of traditional classroom teaching, replacing it with infinitely patient AI tutors that ensure true mastery of concepts before progression.

Ready to demonstrate technology that's genuinely changing lives and reshaping the future of education? Apply now to join our mission of transforming how students learn.

What you will be doing

  • Designing and delivering compelling demonstrations that showcase how our platform compresses a full day's learning into 2 focused hours
  • Addressing technical questions about data privacy, security, and system integration with confidence, particularly around FERPA/COPPA compliance
  • Partnering with sales teams to identify opportunities and ensuring smooth implementation of our revolutionary learning model
  • Configuring demo environments that highlight our platform's ability to adapt to each student's exact level and learning pace

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating generic edtech demos that don't address schools' specific challenges and goals
  • Focusing solely on features without connecting to our proven learning outcomes and student success stories
  • Maintaining technical documentation or knowledge bases
  • Staying behind a desk - this role requires regular travel to engage directly with forward-thinking schools

Key responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and student adoption by showcasing how our AI-powered platform enables 2x faster learning, delivering expert product demonstrations, addressing technical concerns, and enabling the sales team to build a scalable pipeline within key private school markets.

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles (pre-sales, technical support, or customer success) with SaaS products
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of data privacy regulations in K-12 education (FERPA, COPPA)
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust through technical expertise and work closely with sales teams
  • Located in the US or Canada with willingness to travel for client meetings and events
