VP of AI Product Development   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Are you a product developer who is stuck playing telephone between users, execs, and engineers? Is your current company wasting time defining features no one’s confident will work? It’s no wonder that the majority of shipped features go unused, and real impact is rare. The industry trains product teams to be custodians of roadmaps, rather than outcome owners. If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing a lot of work without moving the needle, you’re not alone. The system is built that way.

We’re flipping the model. At LearnWith.AI, you’re not here to “own the roadmap.” You’re here to make one thing true: a real-world, measurable business outcome. You get one clear goal—something that should happen when users interact with the product—and your job is to make it happen. You’ll build deep domain insight (what we call a Brain Lift), codify it so that both your teammates and AI can act on it, and steer the product through fast, data-backed iterations until you hit the outcome.

This isn’t traditional product management. You don’t define specs handed to you by others. You don’t proxy for stakeholders. You don’t write decks to get buy-in on a product you don’t control. Instead, you’ll spend your time developing insights, making product calls, running small experiments, and evolving your understanding until the outcome moves. This role is for someone who thrives on curiosity, iteration, and measurable results and who uses AI as a genuine thinking partner.

You’ll be joining a team that doesn’t celebrate busywork or beautiful process diagrams. We celebrate clarity, outcomes, and velocity. You’ll be there to drive impact and make decisions rooted in user data, fast feedback loops, and sharp insight. If you’re sick of playing the PM game and want to actually change the game, please apply. We’re building what product management should have been all along.

What you will be doing

  • Build Brain Lifts: A structured, evolving body of expert insights that sharpens AI tools, guides decisions, and proves you understand the domain.
  • Make Product Iterations: Small, data-driven product enhancements shipped weekly to steer the product toward a measurable outcome.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing roadmaps or defining "what to build"
  • Writing lengthy and exhaustive PRDs, managing backlogs, or defining every screen or edge case
  • Building technical solutions or software architecture

Key responsibilities

  • Make product outcomes that should happen happen, and then prove it with data

Candidate requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a product leadership role where you personally shaped the product vision and owned the core problem-solution hypothesis
  • Previous experience successfully launching at least one product that reached real users, with evidence of learning based on usage data or outcomes
  • Enthusiasm for using AI in your daily work (e.g., research, analysis, synthesis, or strategy)
