Campus Operations Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You’re not here to run a school. You’re here to make it run and grow. If you can shift from a parent tour to a safety drill to untangling a tech glitch without dropping your smile, this is your arena.

As the operational heartbeat and admissions front door for Montessorium’s campus in Cedar Park, TX, you’ll own everything outside the classroom and everything that gets families to the front row. You’ll lead tours that convert, nurture leads with thoughtful follow-ups, and track the pipeline. You’ll also keep the campus humming: daily logistics, facilities, vendors, tech, and safeguarding that parents trust.

Montessorium is a Montessori elementary program (K-6) combining hands-on materials and lessons with cutting edge tech. We match that pace with clear systems, high trust, and adults who take ownership. This is a full-time, on-site, salaried role with benefits. If you’re the steady hand families rely on and the operator who makes things click, we want to meet you.

What you will be doing

  • Run family tours that convert, personalize follow-ups, and manage the admissions funnel to enrollment targets
  • Reply to inquiries within 24 hours, surface and solve blockers, and guide families confidently to yes
  • Execute safety protocols and drills, document incidents, and maintain airtight compliance
  • Own daily logistics, facilities upkeep, vendor coordination, and serve as the primary tech liaison
  • Plan and host open houses and campus events that showcase Montessorium with a polished, welcoming experience
  • Step in during short-term staffing gaps to supervise K–6 students (ages 5–13)—think recess runs, transitions, and basic classroom oversight. This is coverage, not instruction.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching, tutoring, or providing academic instruction to students
  • Developing curriculum or modifying academic programs
  • Sitting behind a desk all day
  • Escalating every tech issue
  • Following a rigid 9–5 schedule. Some student activities and events happen after hours or at weekends

Key responsibilities

Drive steady enrollment growth and deliver a safe, professional campus experience that earns family trust and frees our guides to focus on learning outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary (prior knowledge preferred, not necessary)
  • Proven admissions or enrollment experience, with direct engagement with parents and students
  • Strong ownership mindset and initiative to solve problems independently
  • Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Available to work in-person in Cedar Park, TX or willing to relocate
