You’ll design and land complex infrastructure changes with <1% execution downtime, validate improvements through monitoring, and keep the customer loop tight so expectations and outcomes match. In this role, you’ll sit at the center of delivery: running crisp, time-boxed stand-ups; balancing capacity across two teams; responding to incidents within an hour; coordinating handoffs so operations are ready before the first packet moves; and keeping customers informed from scoping to sign-off. What you will be doing

  • Planning, executing, and delivering complex infrastructure changes, migrations, and improvements across the SaaS portfolio with hands-on technical involvement
  • Managing and executing customer-facing change requests from scoping through implementation, ensuring quality delivery within committed timelines
  • Defining project requirements, setting expectations, communicating technical decisions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through delivery excellence

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a reliable, scalable SaaS infrastructure with efficient project delivery through coordinated team execution, proactive customer engagement, and hands-on technical leadership

Candidate requirements

  • Experience delivering technical projects on time with clear scope and customer/stakeholder satisfaction
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical team members
  • Experience using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools in production environments
  • Experience working with Linux environments
  • Experience in telecommunications, UCaaS, CPaaS, or real-time communications platforms
