LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at our Austin, TX campus.
A well-run campus feels orderly, approachable, and composed—because someone is consistently managing countless decisions to maintain that standard.
Nova Academy is built to serve students and families who hold their school experience to a higher standard. That standard reaches beyond the classroom. It appears in the clarity of communication with families, the sense of security students experience, the efficiency of daily routines, and the speed with which challenges are addressed. This position exists to ensure all of these elements function seamlessly, day in and day out.
In this position, you take ownership of the campus's entire non-instructional operation. You establish trust with families by providing clear and timely communication. You protect student safety by managing security protocols and incident responses. You oversee facilities, logistics, and operational routines so instructional staff can remain focused on students. You also ensure that technology enables learning instead of disrupting it.
This is a practical, community-oriented position for someone who values variety, accountability, and service. If you are motivated by resolving challenges, strengthening a community, and building an environment where both students and staff succeed, this position provides substantial ownership and tangible impact.
Ensure Nova Academy functions safely, smoothly, and reliably so that students, staff, and families encounter a trustworthy, well-managed campus environment each day.
