From any location with reliable internet, you'll convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, time-sensitive interventions that propel each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a learner encounters an obstacle, you'll initiate a live coaching session, eliminate the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed assurance. At the same time, you'll analyze detailed student performance streams, identifying concealed patterns that release children's complete capabilities, architecting next-generation AI systems that could halve time-to-mastery.

What you will be doing
- Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and executing methodical analysis to identify issues, detect irregularities, and initiate resolutions within 48 hours
- Facilitating urgent "intervention" calls and delivering post-assessment coaching sessions to eliminate obstacles, distinguish conceptual gaps from mistakes, and sustain learner engagement
- Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while architecting AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address particular challenges
- Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending endless meetings or delivering generic presentation decks with no visibility into actual results
- Grading assignments, developing lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
- Functioning at strategic altitude without execution or remaining confined to repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid
Key responsibilities
Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and live academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in data science or comparable role, education, EdTech, or a student-facing position with both quantitative and relational dimensions
- Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
- Experience building workflows and automations with AI
- At least 1 year experience working closely with K-8 students
- Available to work during required core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Nice to have
- Foundation in learning science, pedagogical principles, or verified success enhancing outcomes through data-informed strategies
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methodologies, and foundational coding abilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
