Imagine students completing an entire day's worth of academic work in two highly focused hours, then spending their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering gymnastics routines. This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you'll be the strategist maintaining its momentum while engineering its next evolution.

From any location with reliable internet access, you'll convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When learners encounter obstacles, you'll join live coaching sessions, eliminate roadblocks in the moment, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you'll analyze detailed student performance streams, identifying hidden trends that release children's complete capabilities and building next-generation AI tools that may double learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluations to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Leading fast-turnaround "rescue" sessions and facilitating post-assessment coaching calls to eliminate obstacles, distinguish conceptual gaps from mistakes, and sustain student engagement
  • Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while building AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address particular challenges
  • Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending endless meetings or delivering generic presentation decks without clear visibility into actual results
  • Grading assignments, creating lesson plans, or overseeing traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Working at a purely strategic level without execution or becoming trapped in repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-facing role combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a child-appropriate coaching approach
  • Experience creating workflows and automations using AI
  • Minimum 1 year experience working directly with K-8 students
  • Availability to work during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or verified success enhancing outcomes through data-informed approaches
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methods, and fundamental coding abilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
