Learning Experience Designer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Imagine a learning model in which children complete an entire day's curriculum in two concentrated hours, then spend the rest of their time launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering gymnastics. That's the 2-Hour Learning framework behind Alpha Anywhere—and you are the architect who sustains and advances this system.

Operating from anywhere with a reliable internet connection, you'll convert large volumes of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When obstacles emerge, you'll conduct live coaching sessions, address the issue immediately, and restore the student's momentum with renewed clarity. At the same time, you'll analyze detailed student performance streams, identify concealed patterns that reveal children's true capacity, and engineer next-generation AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity.

Parents observe rising self-assurance, students accelerate their learning pace by a factor of two, and you witness the measurable effect of every insight you generate, every AI process you streamline, and every intervention you deploy. Prepared to convert data into propulsion for young learners? Continue below.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly accurate Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify problems, detect outliers, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
  • Delivering rapid-response coaching calls and facilitating post-assessment sessions to eliminate barriers, distinguish conceptual gaps from simple mistakes, and sustain student engagement
  • Assessing and deploying new educational platforms and materials while prototyping AI and LLM solutions to advance learning methods and address targeted challenges
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, monitoring dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor platform advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending protracted meetings or producing generic presentation materials disconnected from measurable results
  • Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation are the engines of our approach
  • Remaining at the strategic level without hands-on execution, or becoming confined to repetitive tasks—this position demands both agility and direct involvement

Key responsibilities

Elevate student learning outcomes via AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-facing role combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Competence in Google Sheets data manipulation (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities, and a coaching approach suited to working with children
  • Track record building workflows and automations leveraging AI

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, pedagogical theory, or verifiable success enhancing outcomes using data-informed methods
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting strategies, and foundational coding competencies (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs
