Learning Experience Designer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Imagine this: Children complete a full curriculum day in two highly focused hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering back-handsprings. This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you are the architect who sustains and advances it for the next era.

Operating from any location with reliable internet, you will convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance insights into precise, timely actions that guide every learner to 90% mastery and higher. When a child encounters an obstacle, you will join a live coaching session, remove the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance streams, identifying concealed patterns that release children's full capabilities and engineering next-generation AI systems that may double learning velocity.

Parents observe rising self-assurance, students accelerate their learning speed twofold, and you witness the direct results of every insight you produce, every AI process you streamline, and every question you pose. Prepared to convert data into propulsion for young learners? Continue reading.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluation to identify issues, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Conducting rapid-intervention coaching calls and leading post-assessment support sessions to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while engineering AI and LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address specific obstacles
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending prolonged meetings or delivering generic presentations disconnected from tangible results
  • Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our operations
  • Working in abstract strategy without execution or being confined to repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fast-paced

Key responsibilities

Elevate student learning outcomes through AI-powered evaluation and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics including 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable role, education, EdTech, or a student-facing position combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Competency in Google Sheets data manipulation (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities, and a child-appropriate coaching approach
  • Experience designing workflows and automations leveraging AI

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or proven success enhancing outcomes via data-informed strategies
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methodologies, and foundational coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs
