Imagine students completing an entire day of academic work in two highly efficient hours, then spending their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering gymnastics skills. This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the strategist maintaining its effectiveness while pioneering its evolution.

From any location with reliable internet, you will convert streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When learners encounter obstacles, you will conduct live coaching sessions, remove the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance datasets, identifying concealed trends that reveal children's complete capabilities and building next-generation AI tools that may double learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Conducting urgent-response "intervention" calls and facilitating post-evaluation coaching conversations to eliminate obstacles, distinguish understanding deficits from mistakes, and sustain student engagement
  • Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while building AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address particular challenges
  • Coordinating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending interminable meetings or delivering standardized presentation decks with no direct visibility into actual results
  • Assessing assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Working in abstract strategy without execution or becoming confined to repetitive tasks—this position is practical and fluid

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning achievements through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson understanding, answer precision, and decreased negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a learner-support function with both analytical and interpersonal elements
  • Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Elevated emotional intelligence, robust communication abilities and a child-appropriate coaching approach
  • Background creating workflows and automations with AI

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or verified success enhancing outcomes through data-informed strategies
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methods, and fundamental coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for accessing AI APIs
