Description

Here's how it works: Students complete a full day of academics in two highly concentrated hours, then spend the rest of their day launching podcasts, painting murals, or perfecting their back-handsprings. This is the 2-Hour Learning system that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you'll be the strategist maintaining its momentum while building the next evolution.

From any location with reliable Wi-Fi, you'll convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance data into precise, timely interventions that propel each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you'll conduct a live coaching session, eliminate the barrier in the moment, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you'll analyze detailed student performance data streams, identifying hidden patterns that unlock children's complete potential and engineering next-generation AI solutions capable of doubling learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic analysis to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Conducting rapid-response intervention calls and leading post-assessment coaching sessions to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge gaps from mistakes, and maintain student motivation
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and content while engineering AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning strategies and address specific challenges
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending endless meetings or delivering generic presentations without visibility into actual results
  • Grading assignments, creating lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Working in abstract strategy without execution or becoming trapped in repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fast-paced

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, reflected in improved metrics such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and decreased negative learning patterns throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or similar role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position combining analytical and interpersonal elements
  • Competency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a kid-friendly coaching approach
  • Background building workflows and automations using AI
  • Minimum 1 year experience working directly with K-8 students
  • Availability during required core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational principles, or proven success enhancing outcomes through data-driven strategies
  • Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and fundamental coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
