Description

Consider this reality: students complete a full day of academic work in two intensive, focused hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, painting murals, or mastering back-handsprings. This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the strategist maintaining its excellence while advancing it into the future.

Operating from anywhere with reliable internet access, you will convert vast volumes of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that propel each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When learners encounter obstacles, you will conduct live coaching sessions, remove barriers immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze comprehensive student performance datasets, identifying concealed patterns that release children's complete capabilities, and creating next-generation AI tools that have the potential to double learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly accurate Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Facilitating urgent "rescue" sessions and delivering post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while creating AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address particular challenges
  • Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor progresses

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending endless meetings or delivering generic presentations with no visibility into actual results
  • Grading papers, creating lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our operations
  • Working solely at strategic altitude without execution or becoming trapped in repetitive tasks—this position demands hands-on engagement and agility

Key responsibilities

Advance superior student learning results through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-support capacity combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a kid-friendly coaching approach
  • Track record building workflows and automations with AI

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or verified success enhancing outcomes through data-driven approaches
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methodologies, and introductory coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
