Imagine this: students complete a full day of core academics in two highly concentrated hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering back-handsprings. This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the strategist maintaining its momentum while shaping its next evolution.

From any location with reliable internet, you'll convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance data into precise, timely actions that guide every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you'll join a live coaching session, clear the roadblock in the moment, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you'll analyze deep streams of learner performance information, identifying hidden trends that release children's full capabilities and designing next-generation AI tools that could double learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic analysis to identify issues, highlight anomalies, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Conducting rapid-response intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge gaps from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and content while building AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning strategies and address specific challenges
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor continues to develop

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending endless meetings or producing generic presentation decks with no clear connection to tangible outcomes
  • Grading papers, developing lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Working in high-level strategy without execution or becoming trapped in repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and dynamic

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics including 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and decreased negative learning patterns across the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or related field, education, EdTech, or a student-support position with both analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
  • Experience building workflows and automations with AI

Nice to have

  • Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies
  • Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
