This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you are the architect who maintains its momentum while advancing it toward the next frontier.

From any Wi-Fi-enabled location worldwide, you'll convert vast volumes of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that propel each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a child encounters an obstacle, you'll join a live coaching session, clear the roadblock in the moment, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you'll analyze dense streams of learner data, identifying hidden trends that unlock full academic potential and designing breakthrough AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluations to identify issues, highlight anomalies, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Delivering fast-response intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge deficits from simple mistakes, and sustain learner motivation
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address targeted challenges
  • Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor continues to develop

What you will NOT be doing

  • Spending time in prolonged meetings or producing standardized presentations disconnected from measurable impact
  • Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our methodology
  • Working purely at the strategic level without execution or being confined to repetitive tasks—this position is both hands-on and fast-paced

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning performance through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a learner-support capacity with both analytical and relational dimensions
  • Competence in Google Sheets data evaluation (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • High emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a child-centered coaching approach
  • Experience creating workflows and automations using AI

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, pedagogical principles, or documented success enhancing outcomes via data-informed strategies
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methodologies, and introductory coding proficiency (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs
