This is the 2-Hour Learning model driving Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the strategist maintaining its momentum while innovating for what comes next.
From any location with reliable internet access, you will convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance data into precise, timely actions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When learners encounter obstacles, you will join live coaching sessions, eliminate the barrier in the moment, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance streams, identifying hidden trends that reveal children's full capabilities and engineering next-generation AI tools that may double learning velocity.

What you will be doing
- Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify problems, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
- Facilitating quick-turnaround intervention calls and delivering post-assessment coaching to clear obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain learner engagement
- Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address targeted challenges
- Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor platform advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending endless meetings or producing generic presentation materials with no visibility into tangible results
- Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or overseeing conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
- Working exclusively at the strategic level without execution or becoming trapped in repetitive tasks—this position demands active involvement and agility
Key responsibilities
Advance student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic insights, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in data science or comparable function, education, EdTech, or a learner-support capacity combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions
- Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- High emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities, and a child-centered coaching approach
- Experience creating workflows and automations using AI
- At least 1 year experience working directly with K-8 students
- Available to work during required core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Nice to have
- Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or documented success enhancing outcomes via data-informed strategies
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methods, and introductory coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for accessing AI APIs
