Curriculum Developer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Imagine this: students complete their entire academic day in two highly concentrated hours, then spend afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering gymnastics. That's the 2-Hour Learning model behind Alpha Anywhere—and you're the architect who maintains its momentum while driving its evolution.

From any location with reliable internet, you'll convert vast streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that propel each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a learner encounters an obstacle, you'll initiate a live coaching session, clear the roadblock immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed clarity. At the same time, you'll analyze detailed student performance trends, identifying concealed patterns that release children's complete capabilities, while building next-wave AI tools capable of doubling acquisition rates.

Families observe rising confidence, learners double their pace of progress, and you witness the tangible results of every analysis you perform, every AI process you streamline, and every inquiry you pose. Prepared to convert metrics into acceleration for developing minds? Continue below.

What you will be doing

  • Creating precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify challenges, highlight irregularities, and activate solutions within 48 hours
  • Facilitating urgent-response coaching sessions and delivering post-evaluation support calls to eliminate obstacles, distinguish misconceptions from mistakes, and sustain student engagement
  • Assessing and integrating emerging educational platforms and resources while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance instructional approaches and address targeted problems
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize instruments, visualization systems, and proficiency benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending prolonged meetings or delivering generic presentations disconnected from measurable results
  • Correcting assignments, drafting curriculum plans, or administering conventional education programs—AI and experimentation power our approach
  • Working purely in conceptual planning without execution or remaining confined to repetitive duties—this position is practical and fluid

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student achievement through AI-powered evaluation and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a learner-support capacity combining analytical and relational elements
  • Competence in Google Sheets data manipulation (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, effective communication abilities and a student-friendly mentoring approach
  • Track record developing workflows and automations using AI
  • Minimum 1 year experience engaging directly with K-8 students
  • Availability during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, pedagogical frameworks, or verified achievement enhancing results via data-informed approaches
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methodologies, and foundational programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interfacing with AI APIs
