Curriculum Developer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Here's the reality: Children complete an entire day of core academics in two highly concentrated hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering back-handsprings. This is the 2-Hour Learning model at the heart of Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the architect who sustains it while engineering its next evolution.

Operating from any location with reliable internet access, you'll convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that drive every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you'll step into a live coaching session, eliminate the barrier on the spot, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you'll analyze deep currents of student achievement data, identifying concealed patterns that release children's full capability, and building next-generation AI tools that may double the pace of learning.

Parents see skyrocketing self-confidence, students accelerate their learning speed by a factor of two, and you observe the immediate effect of each insight you generate, every AI process you streamline, and every question you pose. Prepared to convert data into propulsion for young learners? Continue reading.

What you will be doing

  • Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify problems, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Leading quick-turnaround "rescue" sessions and facilitating post-assessment coaching to clear obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while engineering AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address specific obstacles
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending marathon meetings or delivering generic presentation decks with no visibility into tangible results
  • Scoring assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Working solely at the strategic level without execution or becoming mired in repetitive tasks—this position is both hands-on and fluid

Key responsibilities

Accelerate improved student learning results through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by elevated metrics such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns across the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position with both analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • High emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a kid-friendly coaching approach
  • Experience constructing workflows and automations with AI

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational principles, or proven success enhancing outcomes through data-driven approaches
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methods, and foundational coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
