From any location with reliable internet, you will convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that advance every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When learners encounter obstacles, you will engage them through live coaching sessions, remove roadblocks immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance data streams, identify concealed patterns that release children's complete capabilities, and architect next-generation AI systems that may double learning velocity.

What you will be doing
- Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify problems, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
- Facilitating urgent-response intervention calls and delivering post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student engagement
- Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address particular obstacles
- Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending prolonged meetings or delivering standard presentation decks with no visibility into actual results
- Scoring assignments, crafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
- Working at the strategic level without execution or becoming confined to repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid
Key responsibilities
Accelerate student learning results through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics including 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-facing role combining analytical and relational elements
- Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a student-friendly coaching approach
- Track record building workflows and automations with AI
- Minimum 1 year experience working directly with K-8 students
- Availability to work during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Nice to have
- Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or proven success enhancing outcomes through data-informed strategies
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methods, and foundational coding abilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for accessing AI APIs
