This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the strategist maintaining its momentum while engineering its next evolution.
From any location with reliable internet, you'll translate waves of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, time-sensitive interventions that propel each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you'll conduct a live coaching session, eliminate the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you'll analyze dense streams of learner performance data, identifying concealed patterns that unlock children's capabilities and architecting next-generation AI solutions capable of doubling learning velocity.

What you will be doing
- Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify problems, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
- Leading urgent-response "rescue" sessions and facilitating post-assessment coaching meetings to eliminate obstacles, distinguish comprehension deficits from mistakes, and sustain student engagement
- Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address targeted problems
- Coordinating with leadership to optimize tools, reporting interfaces, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending interminable meetings or producing generic presentation materials without visibility into actual results
- Scoring assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
- Working at the strategic level without execution or remaining confined to repetitive duties—this position is hands-on and fluid
Key responsibilities
Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic insights, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-support capacity combining analytical and interpersonal elements
- Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- High emotional intelligence, effective communication abilities and a child-appropriate coaching approach
- Track record building workflows and automations with AI
- At least 1 year experience working closely with K-8 students
- Available to work during required core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Nice to have
- Foundation in learning science, pedagogical principles, or proven achievement enhancing outcomes through data-informed strategies
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methods, and foundational coding abilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
