This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you are the strategist responsible for maintaining its precision while building its future.

From any location with reliable internet access, you will convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance data into precise, timely actions that guide every student toward 90% mastery and beyond. When a learner encounters an obstacle, you will conduct a live coaching session, eliminate the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance streams, identifying subtle patterns that reveal each child's full capacity and creating next-generation AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
  • Delivering rapid-response intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and content while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address specific obstacles
  • Coordinating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending endless meetings or producing generic presentation decks with no clear connection to measurable results
  • Grading papers, writing lesson plans, or managing traditional educational programs—AI and innovation define our approach
  • Remaining at the strategic level without execution or becoming confined to repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators including 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a child-friendly coaching approach
  • Hands-on experience designing workflows and automations using AI

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or proven success enhancing outcomes through data-informed approaches
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methods, and foundational coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs
