Description

This is the 2-Hour Learning system behind Alpha Anywhere—and you are the strategist responsible for maintaining its performance while engineering its next evolution.

Operating from any location with reliable internet, you will convert vast streams of AI-generated student performance metrics into precise, well-timed interventions that drive every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When obstacles arise, you will conduct live coaching sessions, eliminate the barrier immediately, and restore each student's momentum with renewed clarity. At the same time, you will analyze dense performance datasets to identify concealed patterns that reveal children's untapped capabilities, building next-generation AI tools designed to double the pace of learning.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within a 48-hour window
  • Facilitating urgent intervention calls and delivering post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from simple mistakes, and sustain student engagement
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address targeted problems
  • Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, reporting interfaces, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor platform advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending prolonged meetings or producing generic presentation materials disconnected from tangible results
  • Grading assignments, developing lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation are the foundation of our approach
  • Working exclusively on abstract strategy without execution or remaining confined to repetitive duties—this position is practical and fluid

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning outcomes via AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators including 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson understanding, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a learner-support capacity combining both analytical and relational dimensions
  • Competence in Google Sheets data operations (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • High emotional intelligence, effective communication abilities and a child-appropriate coaching approach
  • Background creating workflows and automations using AI
  • Minimum 1 year of direct experience working with K-8 students
  • Availability during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, pedagogical frameworks, or verifiable achievement enhancing results through data-informed approaches
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering methods, and introductory programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs
