Description

This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you are the strategist who maintains its momentum while innovating for what comes next.

From any location with reliable internet access, you will convert extensive AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that guide every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you will initiate a live coaching session, clear the roadblock in the moment, and restore their forward progress with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance streams, identifying concealed patterns that release children's full capabilities and engineering next-generation AI tools that may double learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluations to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Delivering rapid-response intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge gaps from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while engineering AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address specific challenges
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending endless meetings or producing generic presentation decks with no visibility into actual results
  • Grading papers, creating lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Working in high-level strategy without execution or becoming confined to routine tasks—this position is hands-on and dynamic

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns across the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position combining analytical and interpersonal elements
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
  • Experience building workflows and automations with AI

Nice to have

  • Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies
  • Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
