Imagine a learning model in which students complete an entire day of rigorous academics in two concentrated hours, then dedicate their afternoons to launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering gymnastics. This is the 2-Hour Learning framework driving Alpha Anywhere—and you will serve as the strategist maintaining and advancing this engine.
From any location with reliable internet access, you will convert vast streams of AI-generated performance data into precise, timely interventions that guide every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When learners encounter obstacles, you will conduct live coaching sessions, eliminate barriers in real time, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance streams, identifying concealed patterns that unlock each child's full capacity, and building next-generation AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity.

What you will be doing
- Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic analysis to identify issues, highlight anomalies, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
- Leading rapid-response intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching sessions to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge gaps from simple mistakes, and sustain student motivation
- Assessing and deploying new educational applications and content while creating AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning strategies and address specific obstacles
- Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor continues to develop
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending endless meetings or producing generic presentation decks without clear visibility to tangible results
- Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or overseeing traditional educational programs—AI and innovation are the foundation of our operations
- Functioning in high-level strategic planning without execution or becoming confined to repetitive administrative tasks—this role demands hands-on engagement and agility
Key responsibilities
Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics including 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in data science or a comparable role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position incorporating both analytical and interpersonal elements
- Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
- Experience building workflows and automations with AI
- At least 1 year experience working closely with K-8 students
- Available to work during required core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Nice to have
- Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies
- Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
