Consider this scenario: Students complete an entire day's worth of academics in two highly concentrated hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering back-handsprings. This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the strategist maintaining its momentum while advancing it forward.

Operating from any location with reliable internet access, you will convert substantial volumes of AI-generated performance data into precise, well-timed interventions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you will initiate a live coaching session, remove the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed streams of student performance information, identifying concealed patterns that reveal children's complete capabilities and engineering next-generation AI systems that may double learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic analysis to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate resolutions within 48 hours
  • Delivering rapid-response intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching sessions to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge gaps from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and content while creating AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning strategies and address specific challenges
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending endless meetings or delivering generic slide presentations with no visibility into actual results
  • Grading papers, writing lesson plans, or overseeing traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Working at high-level strategy without execution or becoming trapped in routine tasks—this role is hands-on and dynamic

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns across the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position combining both analytical and interpersonal elements
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
  • Experience building workflows and automations with AI

Nice to have

  • Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies
  • Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
