This is the 2-Hour Learning framework that drives Alpha Anywhere—and as our Learning Specialist, you will maintain its precision while advancing its capabilities.
Operating from anywhere with reliable internet, you will convert large volumes of AI-generated student performance data into targeted, timely actions that guide every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When obstacles arise, you will conduct live coaching sessions to eliminate barriers immediately and restore momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance trends to identify hidden insights that unlock each child's potential and build next-generation AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity.

What you will be doing
- Creating precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluations to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
- Delivering rapid-response support calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to clear obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
- Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methods and address specific problems
- Collaborating with leadership to improve tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor platform develops
What you will NOT be doing
- Spending hours in repetitive meetings or producing generic presentations disconnected from measurable results
- Grading assignments, creating lesson plans, or administering traditional classroom programs—AI and innovation define our approach
- Working purely at the strategic level without execution or being confined to repetitive tasks—this position demands active, hands-on involvement
Key responsibilities
Elevate student learning outcomes via AI-powered analysis and live academic intelligence, evidenced by stronger metrics such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in data science or a comparable role, education, EdTech, or student-support functions combining analytical and interpersonal responsibilities
- Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- High emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities, and a child-centered coaching approach
- Background creating workflows and automations using AI
- At least 1 year experience working closely with K-8 students
- Available to work during required core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Nice to have
- Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or proven track record enhancing outcomes via data-informed methods
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting strategies, and introductory coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs
