This is the 2-Hour Learning system that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you are the architect who maintains its momentum while engineering its next evolution.

From any location with reliable internet, you'll convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, prompt interventions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you'll initiate a live coaching session, eliminate the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you'll analyze detailed student performance datasets, identifying concealed patterns that release children's complete capabilities, and building next-generation AI tools that may double learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify problems, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Leading fast-turnaround "rescue" sessions and delivering post-assessment coaching conversations to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student engagement
  • Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while constructing AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address particular obstacles
  • Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending interminable meetings or producing generic presentation decks with no visibility into actual results
  • Grading papers, developing lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Remaining at high-level strategy without execution or becoming trapped in repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid

Key responsibilities

Accelerate enhanced student learning results through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics including 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience working in data science or comparable role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position with both analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
  • Experience building workflows and automations with AI

Nice to have

  • Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies
  • Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
