From any location with reliable internet, you will convert vast streams of AI-generated performance data into precise, timely actions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When obstacles arise for a student, you will conduct live coaching sessions, eliminate the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance datasets, identifying concealed patterns that reveal children's full capabilities, and building next-generation AI tools that could double learning velocity.

What you will be doing
- Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
- Conducting urgent-response "rescue" sessions and delivering post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
- Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while building AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methods and address targeted challenges
- Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor progresses
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending interminable meetings or delivering generic presentations with no clear connection to measurable results
- Grading assignments, creating lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
- Working at a strategic level without execution or becoming trapped in repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid
Key responsibilities
Advance student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and live academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics including 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in data science or similar role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position combining analytical and interpersonal elements
- Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
- Experience building workflows and automations with AI
Nice to have
- Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies
- Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
