E-learning Developer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Here's how it works: Children complete a full day of core academics in two highly focused hours, freeing their afternoons to launch podcasts, create murals, or refine their gymnastics. This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you are the expert who maintains its performance while building its next evolution.

From any location with reliable internet, you will convert streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you will join a live coaching session, remove the barrier in the moment, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance datasets, identifying hidden trends that reveal pathways to unlock children's capabilities and engineering next-generation AI tools that may double learning velocity.

Parents observe rising self-confidence, students accelerate their learning pace twofold, and you witness the measurable outcomes of every insight you generate, every AI process you optimize, and every question you pose. Prepared to convert data into acceleration fuel for young learners? Continue reading.

What you will be doing

  • Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify issues, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Leading fast-turnaround intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish true knowledge gaps from simple mistakes, and sustain student engagement
  • Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methods and address targeted problems
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor continues to develop

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending marathon meetings or producing generic presentation decks disconnected from measurable results
  • Scoring assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation are the foundation of our approach
  • Working in abstract strategy without execution or being confined to repetitive tasks—this position requires hands-on involvement and adaptability

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning performance through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by stronger indicators such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and decreased negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or similar capacity, education, EdTech, or a student-facing role combining analytical and relational elements
  • Competence in Google Sheets data manipulation (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities, and a child-appropriate coaching approach
  • Track record building workflows and automations using AI

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or verified achievements enhancing outcomes via data-informed approaches
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methods, and introductory coding competencies (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs
