From any location with reliable internet, you'll convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that drive every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When obstacles arise, you'll conduct live coaching sessions, eliminate roadblocks on the spot, and restore students to productive flow with renewed confidence. At the same time, you'll analyze deep student performance datasets, identifying hidden trends that unleash children's capabilities and building next-generation AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity.

What you will be doing
- Constructing precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluations to identify problems, detect outliers, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
- Delivering fast-turnaround "rescue" sessions and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student engagement
- Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while creating AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address targeted challenges
- Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor platform advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Enduring marathon meeting schedules or producing generic presentations disconnected from measurable impact
- Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our methodology
- Functioning in abstract strategy without execution or becoming trapped in repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid
Key responsibilities
Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, response precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere community.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-facing role combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions
- Competence in Google Sheets data manipulation (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a child-appropriate coaching approach
- Track record building workflows and automations using AI
- Minimum 1 year experience engaging directly with K-8 students
- Availability to work during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Nice to have
- Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or verified success enhancing outcomes via data-informed approaches
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methodologies, and introductory coding competencies (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for accessing AI APIs
