This is the 2-Hour Learning system at the heart of Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the strategist maintaining its momentum while driving its evolution.
Operating from any location with reliable internet, you will convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. Whenever a student encounters an obstacle, you will engage in live coaching sessions, eliminate the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance datasets, identifying hidden trends that reveal children's untapped capabilities and engineering next-generation AI tools that may double learning velocity.

What you will be doing
- Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluations to identify issues, detect irregularities, and initiate corrective actions within 48 hours
- Conducting urgent intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student engagement
- Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while developing AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address targeted challenges
- Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending endless meetings or producing generic presentations with no visibility into actual results
- Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
- Working at a purely strategic level without execution or becoming trapped in repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid
Key responsibilities
Elevate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic insights, evidenced by improved metrics such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in data science or a comparable role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position combining analytical and interpersonal elements
- Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- High emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a child-appropriate coaching approach
- Experience creating workflows and automations using AI
- At least 1 year experience working directly with K-8 students
- Available to work during required core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Nice to have
- Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or proven success enhancing outcomes through data-driven methods
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting strategies, and foundational coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs
