Operating from anywhere with reliable internet access, you will convert vast streams of AI-generated learning metrics into precise, actionable interventions that guide each student toward 90% mastery and higher. When learners encounter obstacles, you will join live coaching sessions, eliminate barriers in the moment, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze comprehensive student performance datasets, identifying concealed trends that reveal children's untapped abilities and engineering next-wave AI tools that may double learning velocity.

What you will be doing
- Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify problems, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
- Leading urgent intervention calls and facilitating post-evaluation coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish comprehension deficits from simple mistakes, and sustain student engagement
- Assessing and deploying new learning applications and curriculum materials while prototyping AI and LLM solutions to advance instructional methods and address targeted problems
- Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, reporting interfaces, and proficiency benchmarks as the AI tutoring system advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending marathon meetings or producing generic presentations disconnected from measurable results
- Scoring assignments, developing curriculum, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation underpin our approach
- Remaining at the strategic level without execution or being confined to repetitive duties—this position demands direct engagement and adaptability
Key responsibilities
Accelerate student academic achievement through AI-powered analysis and immediate learning intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application interaction, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished unproductive learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere community.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a learner-support capacity combining analytical and relational elements
- Competence in Google Sheets data manipulation (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and an approachable coaching demeanor for children
- Track record creating workflows and automations using AI
- Minimum 1 year experience working directly with K-8 students
- Availability to work during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Nice to have
- Foundation in learning science, pedagogical theory, or proven success enhancing outcomes via data-informed approaches
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and foundational coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interfacing with AI APIs
