Admissions Manager   $200,000 USD/year

Description

While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this one is designed to uphold standards.

2 Hour Learning partners with families who value precision, confidentiality, and verifiable results. We condense a complete school day into two intensive hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Students reliably outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. The remainder of each day is freed for deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical skill development. Our model delivers results—but only when matched with appropriate families.

This is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiries and continuing through onboarding. This is not a role with handoffs. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when necessary. Success is measured by alignment, not enrollment volume.

We welcome applicants from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership institutions, or entrepreneurial roles managing high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with discernment, transparency, and consistent follow-through.

If your professional experience centers on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and client experience shape brand identity, this role will resonate with you—applied to work that produces measurable impact.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are hiring across Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

What you will be doing

  • Taking full ownership of the enrollment journey for prospective families, from initial contact through successful onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-based conversations to evaluate compatibility before outlining solutions or advising on next steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across various enrollment stages, with transparent tracking and timely follow-up.
  • Delivering campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision-making discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Keeping CRM and enrollment systems (HubSpot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, task prioritization, and service excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Accepting misaligned families solely to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or navigating complex approval hierarchies.
  • Distributing responsibility for the family experience across multiple team members.
  • Working from a remote location. This position requires campus presence.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that secures the right families while safeguarding the quality and effectiveness of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand standing (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services).
  • Proven responsibility for managing a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding.
  • Experience handling 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization method.
  • Capacity to offer specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your product or service due to poor fit.
  • Professional written communication skills with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with selective private school admissions or enrollment in competitive programs.
  • Background in high-end hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive-level support functions.
  • Experience developing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
  • Proficiency using CRM data and analytics to enhance conversion alignment, not merely velocity.
