Dean of Enrollment   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Most enrollment positions prioritize volume. This role is designed to uphold standards.

2 Hour Learning serves families who demand precision, discretion, and measurable results. We condense a traditional school day into two concentrated hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by verifiable data. The remaining day is freed for deeper exploration, independence, and practical skill development. The model is proven. Success, however, depends entirely on enrolling the right families.

This is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a relay position. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they comprehend the model, and whether enrollment decisions are made with proper alignment. You will evaluate fit, facilitate substantive discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not volume maximization. The objective is alignment.

We welcome applicants from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-operators with direct experience managing high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent follow-through.

If your career has been defined by white-glove service delivery where trust, discretion, and experience quality shape the brand, this role will be recognizable—just directed toward work that genuinely transforms outcomes.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Support for relocation is provided.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-assessment discussions to evaluate fit before offering solutions or suggesting next actions.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across various stages of the enrollment pipeline, with transparent tracking and timely follow-up.
  • Directing campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision-making conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and model suitability with clarity.
  • Keeping precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Accepting families who are poorly aligned just to meet enrollment targets.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Transferring responsibility for the family experience across multiple roles.
  • Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus-based.

Key responsibilities

Execute and own a high-trust, selective enrollment process that successfully enrolls aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service quality directly influences brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated client services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Track record of managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization system.
  • Capacity to share specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your product or service due to poor fit.
  • Professional written communication history with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Background in selective private school admissions or competitive program enrollment.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive-level support functions.
  • History of developing or improving enrollment processes, standard operating procedures, or service quality standards.
  • Proficiency using data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely speed.
