Dean of Enrollment   $200,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position at our San Francisco and Dallas-Fort Worth campuses. We provide relocation assistance.

Most admissions professionals are brought in to maintain the status quo. Your mandate will be to dismantle it and build something superior.

2 Hour Learning condenses a traditional school day into two hours through AI-driven, mastery-based applications. No instructors. No classroom lectures. No inefficiency. Our students achieve learning velocity 2.6 times the national average, validated by MAP assessment data. The remaining hours are devoted to life skills development, personal enrichment, and substantive projects. This represents more than an alternative educational approach. It's an accelerated, high-impact framework delivering top 1% academic performance in half the time.

Your role centers on this mission. You'll direct end-to-end admissions operations for either our Dallas or San Francisco campus, maintaining complete ownership of your enrollment pipeline. No bureaucracy. No intermediaries. No excess. You'll convert prospect interest into confirmed enrollment through rapid engagement, transparent outcomes, compelling campus experiences, and selective evaluation. You'll be the deciding factor when families commit to a school unlike anything they've encountered before.

If you're driven by velocity, rigor, and the opportunity to represent a genuinely better offering rather than polished rhetoric, this position is for you.

What you will be doing

  • Engaging new inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, substantive communication that avoids templated language.
  • Conducting campus tours and admissions events that demonstrate precisely how and why our teaching model accelerates learning, and who thrives in it.
  • Managing the complete admissions cycle, from initial application through shadow day coordination, enrollment decisions, and family onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and SIS records suitable for weekly performance review, particularly within HubSpot.
  • Iterating on admissions collateral, standard operating procedures, and FAQs using live feedback from parent conversations and conversion metrics.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Supervising staff. This role is intentionally designed for independent execution.
  • Contending with bureaucratic obstacles. We operate at startup velocity, not institutional timelines.
  • Enrolling every applicant. This model isn't suited to all families, and selectivity is part of your mandate.
  • Defending our differences. Our results carry more weight than convention.
  • Working remotely. This is a campus-based, in-person position with occasional off-site local engagements.

Key responsibilities

Take full ownership of the admissions process to convert qualified prospects into enrolled families. Build and sustain a high-conversion, selective pipeline that mirrors the precision and impact of the 2 Hour Learning approach.

  • Background in elite K–12 independent school or selective college admissions
