Enrollment Director   $200,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This position requires on-site presence at either our Dallas-Fort Worth or San Francisco campus. We provide relocation assistance.

Most admissions professionals are brought in to maintain the status quo. Your mandate is different: dismantle what's not working and build something stronger in its place.

2 Hour Learning delivers a complete school day in two hours through AI-driven, mastery-based applications. There are no teachers, no traditional lectures, no inefficiency. Our students learn at 2.6 times the national average—validated by MAP assessment data. The remaining hours of each day are dedicated to life skills, personal development, and substantive projects. This represents not just an alternative approach to education, but a more efficient, high-impact system that produces top 1% academic performance in half the time.

Your role centers on this reality. You will oversee the complete admissions cycle for one campus—Dallas or San Francisco—with direct ownership of your entire pipeline. There are no intermediaries, no handoffs, no bureaucratic layers. You will convert interest into enrollment through rapid engagement, transparent results presentation, compelling campus visits, and rigorous selectivity. You will be the determining factor in whether families commit to a school unlike any they've encountered before.

If speed, substance, and the opportunity to represent a superior product rather than attractive rhetoric drive you, this position is designed for you.

What you will be doing

  • Replying to incoming inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, substantive communication that avoids templated language.
  • Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate with clarity how we achieve accelerated learning outcomes and which families benefit most.
  • Managing the entire admissions process, from initial applications through shadow day coordination, enrollment decisions, and family onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and Student Information System records prepared for weekly review, particularly within HubSpot.
  • Improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions using live parent feedback and conversion metrics.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Leading or supervising a team. This role is structured for independent execution.
  • Operating within traditional institutional constraints. We function at startup velocity, not conventional school administration timelines.
  • Enrolling every applicant. This educational model serves specific families, and selectivity is part of your responsibility.
  • Defending our differentiation. The outcomes we generate carry more weight than established convention.
  • Operating remotely. This position is campus-based and includes occasional attendance at local community events.

Key responsibilities

Take full ownership and continuously improve the admissions process to convert qualified prospects into enrolled families. Build and maintain a high-conversion, highly selective pipeline that accurately represents the precision and results of the 2 Hour Learning educational model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years managing complete admissions cycles at a competitive, tuition-charging academic institution
  • Documented track record in selective enrollment management from initial inquiry through final enrollment
  • Outstanding communication capabilities across written, presentation, and interpersonal formats
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth families and sophisticated decision-makers
  • Solid operational discipline including CRM expertise (particularly HubSpot), time management, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Current residence in San Francisco or Dallas, or readiness to relocate to either location
  • U.S. work authorization independent of visa sponsorship requirements

Nice to have

  • Background in prestigious K–12 independent schools or selective college admissions offices
  • Track record designing and executing high-touch events that drive strong conversion
  • Proficiency with analytics, performance metrics, and evidence-based decision processes
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled or mastery-based instructional frameworks
