What you will be doing
- Developing comprehensive academic blueprints that bridge cutting-edge learning science with real-world application across curriculum design, student engagement systems, and educational technology platforms.
- Orchestrating strategic academic performance evaluations with Academic Heads to ensure unified vision, clear accountability, and consistent delivery of exceptional learning outcomes.

Candidate requirements
- Graduate-level education (Master's or Doctoral degree) in Learning Sciences, Educational Psychology, Curriculum & Instruction, or closely aligned discipline
- Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience in academic institutions or EdTech organizations with documented success in driving superior learning outcomes
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging artificial intelligence or advanced technology platforms to enhance learning acceleration
- Established reputation as an educational thought leader through speaking engagements, published works, media appearances, or advisory roles
