Alpha Anywhere represents the virtual advancement of Alpha's innovative educational model. We combine AI-driven curriculum with two 1:1 coaching sessions per week to provide what traditional classrooms cannot: individualized mastery, accelerated learning, and sustained engagement. This isn't tutoring. This isn't conventional teaching. This is performance coaching for students prepared to learn at 2x speed—and who need a guide to unlock that potential.
You'll partner with students in grades 3–8 from around the world to generate measurable academic gains through mindset development, not direct instruction. Your mission is to maintain high standards, cultivate self-belief, and transform education into a winning experience. Each session you conduct carries weight. Each breakthrough you ignite matters. What you will be doing
- Conducting two weekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions per student, centered on academic objective-setting, engagement, and mindset development
- Hosting open "office hours" where students can access real-time guidance, motivation, or problem-solving support
- Leveraging AI tools and progress dashboards to monitor student advancement, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your coaching methodology
- Documenting observations, concerns, and tactical adjustments to keep each student on a rapid-growth path
- Working alongside your team to exchange effective strategies, flag urgent issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering instruction, evaluating assessments, or distributing assignments—our technology manages the academic content
- Presenting lectures or adhering to a prescribed curriculum
- Supervising or micromanaging unmotivated students—we coach, we don't helicopter
- Attending unnecessary meetings or navigating institutional red tape
- Operating on autopilot—this team is designed for individuals committed to high performance and meaningful contribution
Key responsibilities
Generate measurable academic progress and sustained engagement for virtual students through high-frequency, high-impact mindset coaching in a fully remote, technology-enabled environment.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
- Demonstrated high performance in any domain—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
- Strong virtual communication skills and ability to build rapport with students rapidly via Zoom/Google Meet
- Proficient with dashboards and technology tools for tracking and optimizing performance
- Available to work at least 70% of hours between 7am–10pm EST, Monday to Friday, to accommodate U.S. time zones
Nice to have
- Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
- Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families
