What you will be doing
- Orchestrating bi-weekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions that ignite motivation, develop growth mindsets, and establish powerful academic goal-setting practices
- Hosting dynamic "office hours" where students can drop in for immediate support, encouragement, or help overcoming obstacles
- Leveraging sophisticated AI analytics and performance dashboards to monitor progress, identify learning barriers, and fine-tune your coaching strategies
- Documenting key insights, potential concerns, and strategic adjustments to maintain each student's accelerated growth trajectory
- Engaging with your coaching team to exchange effective techniques, address challenges, and continuously elevate our coaching methodology
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering traditional instruction, evaluating assignments, or creating homework—our technology handles the academic content
- Following rigid curricula or giving standardized presentations
- Supervising or constantly checking on unmotivated students—we empower through coaching, not surveillance
- Wasting time in excessive administrative meetings or navigating bureaucratic processes
- Settling for mediocrity—our team thrives on excellence and meaningful impact

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
- Minimum 1 year experience in coaching, mentoring, or motivating elementary/middle school students
- Demonstrated excellence in your field—whether academic, athletic, entrepreneurial, or artistic
- Exceptional virtual communication skills with the ability to forge meaningful connections with students via Zoom/Google Meet
- Proficiency with digital tools and analytics platforms to monitor and enhance performance
- Availability for full-time commitment (40 hours weekly) with flexibility across international time zones
Nice to have
- Background in athletic coaching, performance psychology, or motivational leadership
- Prior work with homeschooling families or non-traditional educational approaches
