Youth Success Coach   $60,000 USD/year

Description

You've already proven you can perform under pressure—whether in competition, creative work, or business. Now you're prepared to channel that excellence into something that matters. At Alpha Anywhere, you'll mentor students to achieve what seems impossible: embracing education, accelerating their learning, and developing into confident, self-sufficient individuals. You'll do this from any location worldwide.

Alpha Anywhere represents the virtual advancement of Alpha's innovative educational approach. We combine AI-driven curriculum with two weekly 1:1 coaching appointments to provide what traditional classrooms cannot: customized mastery, velocity, and drive. This isn't tutoring. This isn't conventional teaching. This is performance coaching for young learners ready to accelerate 2x—and who need guidance to reach that potential.

You'll partner with students in grades 3–8 from around the world to generate quantifiable academic progress through mindset transformation, not direct instruction. Your mission is to maintain high standards, cultivate belief, and transform education into achievement. Every appointment you conduct has significance. Every breakthrough you facilitate makes a difference. If you seek meaningful impact, this is it.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting two weekly 1:1 virtual coaching appointments per student, emphasizing academic target-setting, drive, and mindset development
  • Hosting open "office hours" sessions where students access real-time guidance, motivation, or problem-solving
  • Leveraging AI platforms and dashboards to monitor student advancement, pinpoint obstacles, and modify your coaching strategy
  • Recording observations, concerns, and tactical updates to keep each student progressing rapidly
  • Working alongside your team to exchange techniques, flag issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructing lessons, evaluating assessments, or distributing homework—our technology manages the academics
  • Presenting lectures or adhering to a fixed syllabus
  • Supervising or over-managing unmotivated students—we coach, not monitor constantly
  • Attending redundant meetings or dealing with administrative overhead
  • Operating in cruise mode—this team is designed for individuals who want to excel at a high standard and create real impact

Key responsibilities

Generate quantifiable academic advancement and student engagement for virtual learners by providing high-frequency, high-impact mindset coaching within a fully remote, technology-enabled framework.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
  • Proven high performance in any field—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
  • Strong virtual presence and ability to connect with students quickly over Zoom/Google Meet
  • Comfortable using dashboards and tech tools to track and adjust performance
  • Able to work at least 70% of hours between 7am–10pm EST, Monday to Friday, to align with U.S. time zones

Nice to have

  • Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
  • Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families
