What you will be doing

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements
- A bachelor's degree that showcases your academic dedication (field of study open)
- Minimum 1-year track record of inspiring and guiding K-8 students to success
- Demonstrated excellence in your chosen field - whether you've topped leaderboards, commanded stages, or launched ventures
- Natural ability to build rapport and engage students effectively in virtual environments
- Tech-savvy mindset with aptitude for utilizing performance tracking tools
- Flexibility to maintain a full-time schedule (40 hours) while serving students across different time zones

- Expertise in performance psychology, athletic coaching, or motivation techniques
