As a Student Success Coach, you'll mentor 3rd-8th graders worldwide, transforming their academic journey through powerful mindset coaching. What you will be doing
- Champion student success through bi-weekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions, where you'll craft personalized strategies for motivation and academic excellence
- Be the go-to success partner during flexible office hours, providing just-in-time support that keeps students in their peak performance zone
- Harness cutting-edge AI analytics to decode student progress patterns and optimize your coaching impact
- Document your coaching journey with strategic insights that keep each student on their accelerated growth path
- Join forces with fellow coaches in a high-performance team environment to elevate our coaching methodology

- Traditional teaching duties - our AI handles the academic heavy lifting
- Following rigid lesson plans or cookie-cutter curricula
- Playing virtual babysitter - we empower students, not monitor them

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study open - we value diverse perspectives)
- Minimum 1-year track record of inspiring and elevating K-8 students through coaching or mentorship
- Demonstrated excellence in your chosen field - show us where you've pushed boundaries and achieved the exceptional
- Magnetic virtual presence that builds instant rapport and trust through digital platforms
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to leverage data and digital tools for performance optimization
- Commitment to full-time availability (40 hours/week) with flexibility to support our global student community
