You'll do this from any location worldwide.
Alpha Anywhere represents the digital transformation of Alpha's innovative educational model. We combine AI-driven academic content with two weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to provide something traditional classrooms cannot: individualized mastery, accelerated progress, and sustained engagement. This isn't tutoring. This isn't conventional teaching. This is elite-level coaching for students prepared to double their learning velocity—who simply need the right guide to unlock that capability.
You'll partner with students in grades 3–8 from around the world to generate tangible academic progress through mindset transformation, not direct instruction. Your mission is to maintain high standards, cultivate self-belief, and transform the educational experience into one of achievement and momentum. Each session you facilitate carries weight. What you will be doing
- Facilitating two weekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions per student, concentrating on academic objective-setting, motivation cultivation, and mindset development
- Hosting accessible "office hours" where students can join for immediate support, motivation, or problem-solving assistance
- Leveraging AI platforms and progress dashboards to monitor student advancement, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your coaching methodology
- Documenting observations, concerns, and tactical adjustments to maintain each student on an accelerated growth path
- Partnering with your team to exchange proven approaches, elevate critical issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction, evaluating assessments, or distributing assignments—our technology manages the curriculum
- Presenting lectures or adhering to a prescribed syllabus
- Supervising or constantly monitoring unmotivated students—we coach with intention, not surveillance
- Participating in redundant meetings or navigating administrative red tape
- Operating on autopilot—this team exists for individuals committed to high-level performance and meaningful contribution
Key responsibilities
Generate quantifiable academic advancement and sustained engagement for virtual students through delivery of frequent, high-impact mindset coaching within a completely remote, technology-enabled environment.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
- Demonstrated high performance in any domain—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
- Strong virtual presence and capability to establish rapid rapport with students via Zoom/Google Meet
- Proficient using dashboards and tech tools to monitor and optimize performance
- Available to work at least 70% of hours between 7am–10pm EST, Monday to Friday, to align with U.S. time zones
Nice to have
- Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
- Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families
