What you will be doing

  • Conducting daily morning sessions that motivate and prepare student-athletes for the day
  • Delivering 1:1 coaching focused on academic achievement and personal development
  • Leading life skill workshops through storytelling, guided reflection, and hands-on mentorship
  • Directing afternoon athletic training sessions that cultivate resilience, collaboration, and responsibility
  • Monitoring student development and maintaining high expectations for both attitude and outcomes

Candidate requirements

  • We are looking for former elite-level athletes with a track record of success at the highest tier of competition—Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging athletics to mentor others and teach life skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate in athletic, educational, or professional environments
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Prepared to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX
