What you will be doing

  • Ignite purpose through dynamic morning sessions that set the tone for excellence
  • Conduct transformative one-on-one coaching conversations that bridge athletic mindset with academic achievement
  • Craft and deliver powerful workshops where your elite experience becomes their roadmap to success
  • Orchestrate afternoon training sessions designed to forge mental toughness, collaborative spirit, and personal accountability
  • Implement progress tracking systems that celebrate growth while maintaining unwavering standards

Candidate requirements

  • Elite athletic pedigree required: Former Olympians, World Championship competitors, professional athletes (NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL), or NCAA Division I All-Americans
  • Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
  • Demonstrated success translating athletic principles into life skill development
  • Track record of inspirational leadership that elevates performance in sports, academics, or professional environments
  • Authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)
  • Commitment to Austin, Texas residency (vibrant sports community with year-round outdoor training possibilities)
