What you will be doing
- Conducting daily morning sessions that motivate and prepare student-athletes for their day
- Delivering individualized motivational coaching based on academic and personal development
- Guiding life skills workshops through storytelling, reflective exercises, and active coaching methods
- Overseeing afternoon training sessions that cultivate resilience, collaboration, and personal responsibility
- Monitoring student development and maintaining rigorous expectations for attitude and achievement
Candidate requirements
- We are looking for former elite-level athletes with credentials at the pinnacle of sport — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Documented experience applying athletic principles to life skills mentorship and coaching
- Established track record of motivational leadership in athletic, educational, or professional environments
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
- Ability and willingness to relocate to or reside in Austin, TX
