What you will be doing

Candidate requirements
- Elite athletic pedigree required: Former Olympians, World Championship competitors, professional athletes (NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL), or NCAA Division I All-Americans
- Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
- Demonstrated success translating athletic principles into life skill development
- Track record of inspirational leadership that elevates performance in sports, academics, or professional environments
- Authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)
- Commitment to Austin, Texas residency (vibrant sports community with year-round outdoor training possibilities)
