What you will be doing

  • Conducting daily morning sessions that motivate and prepare student-athletes for the day
  • Delivering 1:1 coaching sessions focused on academic achievement and personal development
  • Guiding life skills workshops through storytelling, self-reflection, and active engagement
  • Leading afternoon athletic training that instills resilience, collaboration, and responsibility
  • Monitoring student development and maintaining high expectations for mindset and execution

Candidate requirements

  • We are looking for former elite athletes who have competed at the highest levels of sport — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging sport to guide and develop life skills
  • Established track record of motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional contexts
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX
