What you will be doing
- Conducting daily morning sessions that motivate and prepare student-athletes for the day
- Delivering 1:1 coaching sessions focused on academic achievement and personal development
- Guiding life skills workshops through storytelling, self-reflection, and active engagement
- Leading afternoon athletic training that instills resilience, collaboration, and responsibility
- Monitoring student development and maintaining high expectations for mindset and execution
Candidate requirements
- We are looking for former elite athletes who have competed at the highest levels of sport — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Demonstrated experience leveraging sport to guide and develop life skills
- Established track record of motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional contexts
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX
