What you will be doing
- Conducting daily morning sessions that inspire and prepare student-athletes for the day's challenges
- Delivering 1:1 motivational coaching tied to academic achievement and personal development
- Guiding life skill workshops through storytelling, reflective exercises, and hands-on coaching methods
- Overseeing afternoon athletic training sessions that cultivate resilience, collaboration, and responsibility
- Monitoring student development and maintaining rigorous expectations for both mindset and execution
Candidate requirements
- We're looking for former elite athletes who have competed at the highest levels of sport — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
- Bachelor's degree in any subject
- Demonstrated experience applying sport as a vehicle for mentoring and teaching life skills
- Proven track record of motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional contexts
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Willing to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX
