What you will be doing
- Delivering daily morning sessions that set the tone and focus for student-athletes each day
- Conducting one-on-one motivational coaching tied to academic achievement and personal development
- Guiding life skills workshops through storytelling, reflective exercises, and interactive techniques
- Leading afternoon athletic training sessions designed to instill resilience, collaboration, and responsibility
- Monitoring student development and maintaining rigorous expectations for both mindset and execution
Candidate requirements
- We are looking for former elite-level athletes with credentials at the highest tier of competition — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Documented experience leveraging sport as a tool to mentor and develop life skills
- Established track record of motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional environments
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
- Open to living in or relocating to Austin, TX
