What if early reading success begins by connecting with children through something they already love: the gaming world, where progression, effort, and skill-building are second nature?

You will facilitate focused reading sessions with small groups at a school designed around the passions of young gamers, combining phonics teaching, adaptive literacy technology, and one-on-one guidance to inspire K-2 learners to embrace reading with the same enthusiasm they bring to games.

Austin brings live music, mild winters, scenic hill country paths, and a dynamic education innovation community you will be part of.

Shape learning. Embrace growth. Submit your application today.

  • Track student performance metrics from adaptive platforms and apply findings to customize instruction for each group
