Meeting young learners in the world they already inhabit—gaming culture, where progression, persistence, and achievement are second nature—may be the most effective path to early reading success.

In this role, you will facilitate focused reading workshops in small groups at a school designed around the passions of young gamers. You will combine phonics-based teaching, adaptive digital literacy tools, and personalized coaching to inspire K-2 students to embrace reading with the same enthusiasm they bring to their favorite games.

Austin provides year-round live music, mild winters, scenic hill country access, and a dynamic education innovation community you will join.

  • Analyze student performance data generated by adaptive tools and apply insights to tailor instruction for different reading groups
