E-learning Developer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

This role is built for those who believe education should operate with greater speed, precision, and accountability.

2 Hour Learning condenses what conventional schools extend over a full day into concentrated, results-driven learning sessions. Achieving this requires academic decisions that are timely, accurate, and fully owned from start to finish. This position exists to deliver exactly that: transform raw student data into decisive action, and combine it with direct, trust-based student coaching that eliminates obstacles quickly.

You'll work at the crossroads of data analysis and interpersonal engagement. In one instance, you're reviewing performance metrics to identify risk signals early and justify placements with sound rationale. In the next, you're working directly with a student, diagnosing misunderstandings on the spot and ensuring progress before minor challenges escalate into significant setbacks. This is not a role centered on passive observation. You are responsible for measurable outcomes.

This position suits individuals who want to witness the immediate effect of their decisions. If you excel with ownership, value direct student engagement, and find fulfillment in enabling children to learn twice as quickly through smarter choices, this environment will suit you.

Apply if you want your contributions to be visible within days, not months.

What you will be doing

  • Review and interpret student performance data to generate clear, actionable academic reports that drive timely interventions
  • Take full responsibility for academic outcomes within your assigned student cohort, covering placement decisions, testing protocols, and follow-through
  • Deliver focused academic intervention sessions designed to uncover root causes and eliminate learning obstacles immediately
  • Lead post-assessment coaching conversations to distinguish between conceptual gaps and errors due to carelessness, then assign precise corrective actions
  • Work alongside academic leadership and family support teams to escalate concerns and refine systems or tools

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating reports that sit unused
  • Operating exclusively in the background without direct student contact
  • Delegating academic responsibility to instructors, tutors, or families
  • Conducting unfocused tutoring sessions lacking clear diagnostic intent
  • Allowing weeks to pass before addressing student performance concerns

Key responsibilities

Provide precise, prompt academic analysis and direct student interventions that produce measurable acceleration in learning outcomes for your assigned student groups.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year in a coaching, instructional, or training capacity with documented results or feedback
  • A minimum of 1 year working directly and extensively with K–8 students (sporadic tutoring does not meet this requirement)
  • Proven background in data science, education, EdTech, or student support functions that blend analytical and relational work
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Ukrainian and English
  • Advanced skill in Google Sheets, including use of lookups, filters, pivot tables, and charting tools
  • High emotional intelligence and the capacity to rapidly establish trust with students and parents
  • Demonstrated application of AI to analyze data or streamline workflows, with measurable gains in efficiency
