We condense a traditional school day into two concentrated hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by verifiable data. The remainder of the day is freed for deeper exploration, self-directed growth, and practical skill development. This approach is effective. But effectiveness depends on enrolling the right families.
That is your responsibility.
You will oversee the complete enrollment process for a campus, starting with the initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a role where you pass tasks to others. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made with the correct motivations. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is to ensure alignment.
We welcome applicants from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, high-end membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly managed valuable client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to manage a personalized, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent execution.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.
