Client Experience Director   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Where most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this one is designed to uphold standards.

2 Hour Learning partners with families seeking precision, discretion, and verifiable outcomes. We condense a traditional full school day into two concentrated hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Students reliably outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoons become available for deeper exploration, independent growth, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. But it requires the right family partnerships.

That's your role.

You'll take ownership of the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and extending through final onboarding. This position does not involve handoffs. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity with which they understand our approach, and ensuring enrollment decisions stem from proper alignment. You'll evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive conversations, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Strategic alignment is.

We welcome applicants from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private institutions, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-operators with direct experience managing high-value client relationships end-to-end. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent follow-through.

If your career has centered on delivering white-glove service where trust, discretion, and experience quality shape the brand identity, this role will resonate—applied to work that genuinely transforms outcomes.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

What you will be doing

  • Taking full ownership of the enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact through completed onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-assessment discussions to establish fit prior to offering solutions or suggesting next steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across varying enrollment stages, maintaining clear tracking of status and follow-up actions.
  • Conducting campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision-making conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Keeping CRM and enrollment systems (HubSpot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Applying transactional or high-pressure sales methods.
  • Admitting families who lack proper alignment in order to meet numerical targets.
  • Supervising a large team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Transferring responsibility for the family experience across multiple departments or individuals.
  • Operating remotely. This position is campus-based by intention.

Key responsibilities

Own and deliver a high-trust, high-selectivity enrollment process that successfully converts well-aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, personalized service in settings where service quality directly influences brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at various stages, supported by a defined tracking and prioritization system.
  • Ability to share specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your product or service due to misalignment.
  • Professional written communication experience with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or sophisticated clientele.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in selective private school admissions or enrollment for competitive programs.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, or executive-level support functions.
  • Experience designing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service standards.
  • Comfort leveraging data and CRM insights to enhance conversion quality, not merely speed.
