Director of Client Enrollment   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Most enrollment positions prioritize volume. This one is designed to uphold standards.

2 Hour Learning partners with families who demand precision, confidentiality, and evidence. We condense a traditional full school day into two concentrated hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by verifiable data. Afternoons become available for deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. But success depends entirely on selecting the right families.

This is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial contact and continuing through onboarding. This is not a relay position. You determine how families perceive us, how well they grasp the educational approach, and whether enrollment choices are made with proper understanding. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when warranted. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is strategic alignment.

We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen sophisticated client relationships from beginning to end. What counts is your capacity to execute a personalized, multi-phase process with discernment, transparency, and accountability.

If your professional background centers on delivering exceptional service where credibility, confidentiality, and experience quality shape reputation, this position will translate naturally—applied to work that genuinely transforms educational outcomes.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Support for relocation is provided.

What you will be doing

  • Taking full ownership of the enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial inquiry through final onboarding.
  • Facilitating assessment-focused discussions to establish compatibility before offering recommendations or outlining pathways forward.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment stages, with transparent tracking of progress and scheduled follow-ups.
  • Directing campus visits, student trial experiences, and enrollment decision meetings that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, task prioritization, and consistent service delivery.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Applying transactional or coercive sales methods.
  • Accepting families whose needs are incompatible in order to meet numerical targets.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or working through complex hierarchical structures.
  • Transferring responsibility for family relationships to other departments or individuals.
  • Operating remotely. This position requires on-campus presence.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver a trust-centered, selective enrollment process that successfully enrolls aligned families while safeguarding the credibility and effectiveness of the 2 Hour Learning educational model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences organizational reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive memberships, or privately owned service businesses).
  • Proven responsibility for managing a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding completion.
  • Track record of concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family interactions across multiple stages, supported by a clear organizational and tracking methodology.
  • Capacity to share specific instances of consultative judgment, including occasions where you advised against your own offering when it was inappropriate.
  • Professional written correspondence experience with C-level executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
  • Readiness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
  • Authorized for employment in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Background in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment.
  • Professional history in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support functions.
  • Experience developing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service delivery frameworks.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance enrollment alignment, not merely processing speed.
