We condense a traditional full school day into two concentrated hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by verifiable data. Afternoons become available for deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. But success depends entirely on selecting the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial contact and continuing through onboarding. This is not a relay position. You determine how families perceive us, how well they grasp the educational approach, and whether enrollment choices are made with proper understanding. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when warranted. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is strategic alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen sophisticated client relationships from beginning to end. What counts is your capacity to execute a personalized, multi-phase process with discernment, transparency, and accountability.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Support for relocation is provided.
