Admissions Relationship Manager   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Many admissions positions focus on maximizing volume. This role prioritizes upholding standards.

2 Hour Learning partners with families who demand precision, confidentiality, and verifiable results. We deliver an entire school day within two concentrated hours through AI-driven, mastery-focused instruction. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. The remainder of their day is freed for deeper exploration, self-directed growth, and practical skill development. Our approach is effective. Its success, however, depends on enrolling the right families.

This is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus—from initial outreach to final onboarding. This is not a role where you hand off responsibilities. You determine how families perceive us, how well they grasp our model, and whether they enroll for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Success is not measured by enrollment numbers alone. It is defined by strategic alignment.

We welcome applicants from premium client service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership services, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high-stakes client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a nuanced, multi-phase engagement with sound judgment, transparent communication, and reliable execution.

If your professional experience centers on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and quality of experience shape brand identity, this position will resonate with you—applied to work that genuinely drives measurable outcomes.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

What you will be doing

  • Taking full ownership of the prospective family enrollment experience, spanning initial inquiry to completed onboarding.
  • Facilitating assessment-focused discussions to evaluate compatibility before proposing solutions or advancing to subsequent steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements at varying enrollment phases, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow-up.
  • Facilitating campus visits, student shadow sessions, and decision-stage dialogues that articulate outcomes, set expectations, and clarify ideal candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting accuracy, priority management, and consistent service delivery.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Employing transactional or aggressive sales approaches.
  • Accepting enrollments from incompatible families to meet quotas.
  • Overseeing large teams or navigating complex hierarchical structures.
  • Distributing family experience ownership across multiple personnel.
  • Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus-based.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver a high-trust, selective enrollment process that successfully converts appropriately aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance standards of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, tailored service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand standing (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding.
  • Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family relationships across multiple stages, supported by a systematic approach to tracking and prioritization.
  • Capacity to share specific instances of consultative decision-making, including situations where you advised against your offering when fit was poor.
  • Professional written correspondence experience with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clientele.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support functions.
  • Experience developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service quality benchmarks.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely pace.
