We deliver an entire school day within two concentrated hours through AI-driven, mastery-focused instruction. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. The remainder of their day is freed for deeper exploration, self-directed growth, and practical skill development. Our approach is effective. Its success, however, depends on enrolling the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus—from initial outreach to final onboarding. This is not a role where you hand off responsibilities. You determine how families perceive us, how well they grasp our model, and whether they enroll for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Success is not measured by enrollment numbers alone. It is defined by strategic alignment.
We welcome applicants from premium client service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership services, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high-stakes client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a nuanced, multi-phase engagement with sound judgment, transparent communication, and reliable execution.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.
