Senior Enrollment Manager   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Most enrollment positions are designed to maximize volume. This one is built to safeguard quality.

2 Hour Learning partners with families who demand evidence, care, and transparency. We condense a traditional school day into two concentrated hours through mastery-based, AI-supported instruction. Our students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, with measurable results to support it. What remains of the day is theirs—for deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical skill development. The approach delivers. But it only succeeds when matched with the right families.

This is your responsibility.

You will control the complete enrollment experience for a campus—from initial contact to final onboarding. This is not a pass-along position. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how well they comprehend the model, and whether they enroll for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advocate for "no" when appropriate. The objective is not enrollment at any cost. The objective is fit.

We welcome applicants from high-caliber service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, premium hospitality, executive concierge roles, elite membership platforms, or entrepreneurs who have personally stewarded high-stakes client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to manage a detailed, multi-phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability.

If your career has been defined by delivering exceptional service in settings where trust, confidentiality, and experience integrity shape the reputation, this role will resonate—just directed toward outcomes that genuinely matter.

This is a salaried, full-time, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

What you will be doing

  • Taking full ownership of the enrollment process for prospective families—from initial inquiry to completed onboarding.
  • Facilitating discovery conversations to assess alignment before offering recommendations or advancing to the next stage.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment phases, with transparent tracking and timely follow-up.
  • Guiding campus visits, trial experiences, and decision-stage dialogues that articulate expectations, results, and model suitability.
  • Ensuring CRM accuracy and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable pipeline visibility, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Applying aggressive, transactional sales methods.
  • Accepting families who do not align with the model in order to meet quotas.
  • Leading a large team or working within complex approval hierarchies.
  • Handing off family relationships to other staff at various touchpoints.
  • Working from home. This role requires in-person, campus-based presence.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver a selective, trust-centered enrollment process that attracts aligned families while upholding the quality and performance standards of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing high-touch, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand credibility (education, premium hospitality, executive services, membership organizations, or independently operated businesses).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from first interaction through final onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships across different stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach.
  • Ability to share specific instances of consultative judgment, including occasions when you advised against your own offering because it was not a good match.
  • Professional-level written correspondence with executives, affluent clients, or discerning stakeholders.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment.
  • Background in premium hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level administrative support.
  • Experience developing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM tools to enhance enrollment alignment, not merely throughput.
