This is your responsibility.
You will control the complete enrollment experience for a campus—from initial contact to final onboarding. This is not a pass-along position. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how well they comprehend the model, and whether they enroll for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advocate for "no" when appropriate. The objective is not enrollment at any cost. The objective is fit.
We welcome applicants from high-caliber service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, premium hospitality, executive concierge roles, elite membership platforms, or entrepreneurs who have personally stewarded high-stakes client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to manage a detailed, multi-phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability.

This is a salaried, full-time, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.
