Client Services Director   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Most enrollment positions are designed to push numbers. This one is built to uphold standards.

At 2 Hour Learning, we serve families who demand accuracy, confidentiality, and evidence. We condense a traditional full school day into two concentrated hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by verifiable data. Afternoons are freed for deeper exploration, self-directed growth, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. But success depends entirely on enrolling the right families.

This is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, from initial inquiry to final onboarding. This is not a relay role. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decision is grounded in the right motivations. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advocate for "no" when circumstances call for it. The objective is not to maximize enrollment. The objective is to ensure alignment.

We welcome applicants from high-end service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, premium hospitality, executive client management, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high-stakes client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and accountability.

If your career has been defined by delivering exceptional service where trust, discretion, and experience quality are the brand's foundation, this role will feel natural—just directed toward something that genuinely transforms outcomes.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

What you will be doing

  • Taking full ownership of the enrollment process for prospective families, from initial outreach through completed onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-based discussions to evaluate fit before proposing solutions or advising on next steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements at various stages of the enrollment cycle, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions.
  • Directing campus visits, trial experiences, and decision-stage conversations that articulate outcomes, set expectations, and clarify the model's ideal audience.
  • Keeping CRM and enrollment databases (HubSpot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, task prioritization, and service excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Deploying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Admitting families who are poorly suited to the model just to meet quotas.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or navigating complex approval hierarchies.
  • Handing off responsibility for the family experience to other departments.
  • Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus-based.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver a high-trust, selective enrollment process that attracts the right families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand credibility (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive memberships, or owner-managed services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family engagements at varied stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach.
  • Capacity to share specific instances of consultative decision-making, including occasions when you advised against your own product or service due to poor fit.
  • Professional writing experience communicating with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clientele.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in admissions for selective private schools or competitive academic programs.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support functions.
  • Experience developing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Proficiency using data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely velocity.
