We condense a traditional full school day into two concentrated hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by verifiable data. Afternoons are freed for deeper exploration, self-directed growth, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. But success depends entirely on enrolling the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, from initial inquiry to final onboarding. This is not a relay role. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decision is grounded in the right motivations. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advocate for "no" when circumstances call for it. The objective is not to maximize enrollment. The objective is to ensure alignment.
We welcome applicants from high-end service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, premium hospitality, executive client management, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high-stakes client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and accountability.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.
