Enrollment Manager   $150,000 USD/year

Description

Few families realize a school like this is even available. Your role is to ensure those who are prepared commit with clarity.

Texas Sports Academy operates on a model most institutions avoid: high-level athletic training and rigorous academics advancing in parallel. The families we reach have already started searching for alternatives. What they require is a guide who enables them to act decisively.

You are that guide. You conduct diagnostic sales conversations — not passive lead nurturing. You identify the root of hesitation, address it head-on, eliminate doubt, and secure the decision. You maintain 20+ active prospects in a structured CRM pipeline with defined stages and reliable forecast accuracy. You evaluate yourself by conversion outcomes, not call volume. And when momentum stops, you remove the opportunity — a well-maintained pipeline is strategic discipline, not a loss.

This position is on-site in San Antonio, TX or Dallas, TX. If you are located there — or prepared to relocate — submit your application now.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting one-on-one consultative sales discussions with prospective families through phone, video conferencing, and face-to-face meetings — identifying academic needs, athletic goals, and family priorities before presenting any offer
  • Addressing and neutralizing concerns in the moment — around cost, program credibility, and alternative choices — not days later
  • Securing enrollment commitment and completing the transaction — the interaction concludes with payment confirmation, not a verbal agreement
  • Managing an active pipeline of 20+ prospects from start to finish — updating stage progression and close likelihood in the CRM, executing rapid and tailored follow-ups post-conversation, and proactively removing inactive opportunities instead of leaving them unresolved

What you will NOT be doing

  • Handing off the enrollment decision to senior admissions staff or school leadership — you control the full conversation from initial contact to final commitment
  • Relying on preset objection-handling scripts — every family's concern is unique and you'll assess it in real time
  • Allowing families to delay indefinitely — you establish the decision timeline and guide them toward resolution

Key responsibilities

Deliver predictable enrollment expansion for Texas Sports Academy by transforming qualified interested families into confirmed paying enrollments using structured consultative selling methods.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5+ sales or enrollment interactions where you directly owned the closing request
  • Experience juggling 10+ simultaneous prospects within an organized pipeline
  • Experience operating a CRM (HubSpot preferred) to update deal stages, document touchpoints, and assess close probability
  • Experience responding to a real-time prospect concern regarding cost, credibility, or competitive options
  • Currently located in or willing to move to San Antonio, TX or Dallas, TX; this position is fully on-site
  • Authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Prior work in K–12 independent school enrollment, tutoring program sales, or educational center conversions where parents are the buyer and the offering needs clear positioning
  • Experience promoting a non-conventional education approach (micro school, mastery-based curriculum, blended or fast-track academics) to families with reservations
  • Proven pipeline rigor — able to present measurable conversion rate gains across a specific timeframe, including evidence of how prospects were monitored, ranked, and converted
