Description

Most parents are unaware that a school like this even exists. Your role is to ensure the families who are ready to commit confidently say yes.

Texas Sports Academy operates on a model few schools are willing to adopt: the belief that high-level athletic training and rigorous academics can coexist without compromise. The families who discover us are actively seeking an alternative. They simply need a guide who can help them decide with clarity.

That guide is you. You conduct consultative enrollment conversations — not automated drip campaigns. You identify the root of hesitation, address it head-on, resolve it, and secure the commitment. You maintain a pipeline of 20+ active prospects in a structured CRM, with well-defined stages and realistic close probabilities. You evaluate your success by conversion rate, not volume of activity. And when momentum on a prospect fades, you disqualify — because a lean pipeline is a strategic asset, not a shortcoming.

This is an on-site position in San Antonio, TX or Dallas, TX. If you're already there — or prepared to relocate — apply now.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting personalized consultative enrollment conversations with prospective families through phone calls, Zoom sessions, and face-to-face meetings — identifying academic, athletic, and family priorities before presenting a solution
  • Addressing and resolving objections on the spot — around cost, program skepticism, and alternative options — rather than deferring them to later follow-up
  • Securing enrollment commitments and finalizing enrollment — the conversation concludes with payment, not a vague next step
  • Managing a dynamic pipeline of 20+ prospects from start to finish — maintaining stage accuracy and close probability in CRM, executing timely and tailored follow-ups after each touchpoint, and proactively removing stalled opportunities instead of allowing them to linger

What you will NOT be doing

  • Escalating the close to a senior admissions leader or school leadership — you manage the entire conversation from initial inquiry through final enrollment
  • Relying on a predetermined script for handling objections — every family's concern is unique and you'll address it in the moment
  • Waiting passively for families to circle back — you control the decision timeline and push toward resolution

Key responsibilities

Generate steady enrollment growth for Texas Sports Academy by converting qualified prospective families into confirmed, paid enrollments through structured consultative sales practices.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5+ sales or enrollment conversation where you were personally responsible for the final ask
  • Experience managing 10+ concurrent prospects in a defined pipeline
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipeline stages, log interactions, and track close probability
  • Experience handling a live prospect objection on price, skepticism, or alternatives
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX or Dallas, TX; this is an on-site role
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Background in K–12 private school admissions, tutoring center enrollment, or learning center sales where a parent is the primary decision-maker and the product requires explanation
  • Experience selling a non-traditional education model (micro school, competency-based learning, hybrid or accelerated academics) to skeptical families
  • Demonstrated pipeline discipline — can show conversion rate improvement over a defined period, with data on how deals were tracked, prioritized, and closed
