Texas Sports Academy operates on a principle most educational institutions avoid: that high-level athletic training and rigorous academics can coexist without compromise. The families who discover us are actively seeking an alternative. What they need is a trusted advisor who can guide them toward a decisive commitment.

That advisor is you. You lead strategic enrollment conversations — not passive follow-up campaigns. You identify the root of hesitation, address it head-on, resolve concerns, and secure enrollment. You manage 20+ active prospects in a structured CRM pipeline with defined stages and realistic closing probabilities. Your performance is measured by conversion outcomes, not call volume. When momentum stops, you disqualify — because pipeline integrity is a strategic asset, not a shortcoming.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting individualized consultative enrollment discussions with prospective families through phone calls, video meetings, and face-to-face appointments — understanding academic needs, athletic goals, and family priorities before presenting any offering
  • Identifying and addressing concerns in the moment — related to cost, doubts about the model, and alternative school options — not in follow-up communications
  • Requesting enrollment commitment and finalizing the decision — the conversation concludes with payment, not interest
  • Managing a dynamic pipeline of 20+ prospects from start to finish — documenting stage progression and close probability in CRM, delivering timely and customized follow-up after each touchpoint, and proactively disqualifying inactive opportunities instead of allowing them to linger

What you will NOT be doing

  • Handing off the close to senior leadership or school administrators — you control the entire enrollment journey from initial contact to final commitment
  • Relying on a scripted response manual — every family's concern is unique and you'll identify it in real time
  • Expecting families to re-engage on their own — you control the decision timeline and push toward clarity

Key responsibilities

Generate reliable enrollment growth for Texas Sports Academy by converting qualified prospective families into confirmed enrollments through structured consultative sales execution.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5+ sales or enrollment conversations where you were personally responsible for the final ask
  • Experience managing 10+ concurrent prospects in a defined pipeline
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipeline stages, log interactions, and track close probability
  • Experience handling a live prospect objection on price, skepticism, or alternatives
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX or Dallas, TX; this is an on-site role
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Background in K–12 private school admissions, tutoring center enrollment, or learning center sales where a parent is the primary decision-maker and the product requires explanation
  • Experience selling a non-traditional education model (micro school, competency-based learning, hybrid or accelerated academics) to skeptical families
  • Demonstrated pipeline discipline — can show conversion rate improvement over a defined period, with data on how deals were tracked, prioritized, and closed
