Description

Traditional channel sales models have become inefficient. Most partner managers spend their time supporting underperforming resellers or maintaining legacy relationships that lack growth potential. At the same time, Generative AI is fundamentally changing product distribution and channel development, yet many organizations continue to rely on outdated methods like spreadsheets and intuition to identify resellers.

GFI operates on a different model. We leverage AI to discover, evaluate, and onboard a new generation of resellers—those who understand emerging market dynamics and are ready to act immediately. We identify compatible partners, accelerate their onboarding, and equip them with AI-driven sales assets designed to close business from the start. In this position, you won't function as just another participant in a traditional channel structure. You'll design and operate a high-efficiency revenue system.

This position does not involve waiting for partner inquiries, maintaining established accounts, or executing conventional strategies. You'll apply AI to locate high-value partner prospects, create streamlined onboarding processes that drive conversion, and bring new accounts online to produce revenue in a matter of weeks. If you operate with a hunter mentality and already use AI tools to gain competitive advantage, this environment will suit you. If your preference is to "cultivate relationships" and participate in scheduled business reviews, this role is not aligned with that approach.

What you will be doing

  • Develop prioritized prospect lists of potential resellers, organized by revenue probability using data derived from AI-powered analysis
  • Design customized onboarding programs that prepare resellers to sell our AI solutions with speed and confidence
  • Convert newly onboarded partners into productive sellers who generate closed business and remain active within our AI-enabled partner ecosystem

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by sourcing, onboarding, and activating high-potential reseller partners who are motivated to capitalize on advanced AI solutions

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in generative AI (including use of multiple AI platforms, workflow automation capabilities, and custom GPT development); candidates whose AI use is limited to research, learning, brainstorming, or content creation will not meet this requirement
  • A minimum of 2 years of channel sales experience, with specific focus on identifying and onboarding new partners (not solely managing pre-existing relationships)
