Description

Traditional channel sales models have stalled. Most partner managers spend their time coaxing underperforming accounts or maintaining legacy relationships with little upside. At the same time, Generative AI is transforming both product distribution and channel ecosystem development, yet many organizations continue to rely on spreadsheets and instinct to identify resellers.

GFI operates on a different model. We deploy AI to locate, assess, and activate a new generation of resellers—those who recognize emerging market dynamics and are ready to engage immediately. We identify partners who align with our goals, onboard them rapidly, and equip them with AI-generated sales materials that drive conversions from the start. In this position, you won't be a passive participant in a conventional channel structure. You'll design and operate a high-velocity revenue system.

This role does not involve waiting for inbound interest, stewarding established accounts, or executing outdated frameworks. You'll use AI to surface high-potential partners, engineer streamlined onboarding processes that deliver results, and activate new accounts that produce revenue in a matter of weeks. If you bring a proactive mindset and already leverage AI tools to gain competitive advantage, you'll thrive in this environment. If your preference is to "build relationships" and participate in quarterly reviews, this position is not aligned with your goals.

What you will be doing

  • Develop prioritized lists of prospective resellers, ranked by revenue potential using intelligence derived from AI tools
  • Design customized onboarding pathways that prepare resellers to sell our AI products quickly and with confidence
  • Convert newly onboarded partners into active revenue generators who close deals and remain engaged within our AI-powered ecosystem

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by sourcing, onboarding, and activating high-potential resellers who are positioned to capitalize on cutting-edge AI solutions

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced generative AI proficiency (i.e., use of multiple AI tools, ability to automate workflows and custom GPTs); if you've only used LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation, that will be deemed insufficient
  • At least 2 years of channel sales experience, specifically in sourcing and onboarding new partners (not just managing existing ones)
