Description

You're an engineer who refuses to accept poorly written code, sluggish deployment cycles, or legacy development workflows. Your expertise lies in constructing AI-powered systems that render conventional engineering methods obsolete and inefficient. If this resonates with you, continue reading.

The majority of software teams remain anchored to outdated approaches—manual debugging routines, unpredictable deployment strategies, and functionality that scarcely taps into AI beyond superficial Copilot prompts. Trilogy operates differently. AI permeates every dimension of our development workflow: from conceptualizing features to detecting bugs, resolving defects, and refining performance. This isn't a matter of experimenting with AI utilities; this is about embedding AI comprehensively into the software development lifecycle to remove inefficiency, accelerate delivery, and engineer with exactness.

In this position, you will dissect existing B2B products, reconstruct them as cloud-native solutions, and enhance them with AI integration at every tier. You'll be engineering and shipping AI-enabled features, applying advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for automated defect identification, and guaranteeing seamless releases—no downtime, no interruptions, no compromises. If you're seeking a position where you invest weeks deliberating over architectural choices instead of delivering, this role is not suitable.

If you're prepared to advance the frontiers of AI-augmented software engineering and propel your career forward, submit your application now. If you favor clinging to familiar methods, manually authoring test cases, or collaborating in teams resistant to automation, this opportunity is not for you.

What you will be doing

  • Applying analysis tools and RAG vector stores to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve product defects and eliminate bugs.
  • Harnessing AI development agents to architect, build, and release innovative features for cloud-native applications.
  • Guiding AI agents and serving as the validation checkpoint for AI-generated outputs; AI results are not flawless and demand your engineering judgment.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Routine Monotony: We minimize burdensome infrastructure overhead so you can concentrate on building innovative solutions.
  • Endless Meetings: We prioritize your development expertise over conference room attendance. Expect more engineering, less discussion.

Key responsibilities

  • Deploy AI-powered features to optimize workflows and equip service providers with cutting-edge tools.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in commercial software development, with emphasis on production code for server-side web applications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native development (any cloud vendor)
  • Experience utilizing GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev); we are not seeking traditional ML engineers lacking LLM experience
  • Experience authoring production-level code in at least two general-purpose coding languages, such as Typescript, Javascript, Python, or C#
  • Experience building APIs
  • Experience working with SQL databases
