It makes more sense for companies because the best people in the world don’t live within commuting distance. It’s better for workers because it’s finally possible to hold down a top-tier job (and pay) from anywhere in the world. And it has the potential to transform society by offering equal pay regardless of location – not to mention helping the environment by eliminating the daily commute.
For the first decade or so, Crossover exclusively recruited for 100% remote companies that hired worldwide. While this is still our philosophy, we recognise that it's impossible for certain jobs - from veterinarians to house painters, and some of our fastest-growing clients in the Education sector. Companies like Alpha and 2 Hour Learning do have lots of remote teams, but also need to hire people that will supervise students in a classroom. We are happy to fulfil all their recruiting needs: both remote roles, in-person roles, and hybrid roles.
