What you will be doing

  • Transform customer interactions using AI-powered tools for swift issue resolution, data-driven check-ins, and comprehensive feedback analysis
  • Elevate product engagement through intelligent AI recommendations, virtual assistance solutions, and tailored user experience personalization
  • Implement strategic growth initiatives by identifying AI-driven upselling opportunities and optimizing customer success frameworks to minimize churn

What you will NOT be doing

  • Pursuing new customer acquisition or sales prospecting activities
  • Managing technical support tickets or providing direct technical troubleshooting
  • Engaging in product development or engineering responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Drive measurable improvements in customer retention metrics, engagement analytics, and business growth KPIs by harnessing AI capabilities to anticipate client needs, deliver personalized experiences, and strategically identify revenue expansion opportunities

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven customer success experience specifically within the B2B software sector
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard in professional contexts
