What you will be doing

  • Orchestrate AI-Enhanced Customer Journeys: Deploy intelligent systems to create personalized, proactive customer interactions that anticipate needs and deliver solutions before problems surface.
  • Drive Digital Engagement Excellence: Harness AI capabilities to optimize product adoption and create tailored user experiences that resonate with each customer's unique needs.
  • Lead Strategic Growth Initiatives: Leverage data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Customer acquisition and sales prospecting - your focus is on nurturing and growing existing relationships
  • Technical support and troubleshooting - we have dedicated teams for technical assistance
  • Software development or product engineering - while your insights will be valuable, you won't be coding

Key responsibilities

  • Champion customer success by leveraging AI-powered insights to drive retention, maximize engagement, and identify strategic growth opportunities through personalized, proactive customer relationship management

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in customer success within the B2B software sector
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, demonstrating comfort with emerging technologies
