What you will be doing

  • Harness AI to transform customer interactions, delivering personalized, proactive solutions that elevate satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilize advanced analytics to optimize product engagement, crafting tailored experiences that drive adoption and value realization
  • Implement AI-driven growth strategies, identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value

  • Cold calling or chasing new leads—your focus is on nurturing and expanding existing high-value relationships
  • Drowning in routine support tickets—our AI systems handle the basics, freeing you to tackle strategic challenges
  • Getting bogged down in product development—your role is to leverage our cutting-edge tools, not build them

Key responsibilities

Drive measurable business growth by harnessing AI to proactively address customer needs, personalize interactions, and unlock high-value upselling opportunities—ultimately redefining the standard for customer success in the SaaS industry.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B software customer success, demonstrating a keen ability to drive retention and growth
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard), showcasing your readiness to lead in AI-driven customer engagement
