What you will be doing

  • Utilizing AI to resolve issues efficiently, personalize check-ins, and analyze feedback for enhanced communication.
  • Driving product engagement through AI-driven recommendations, virtual assistance, and personalized user experience.
  • Implementing strategies to optimize customer success, focusing on upselling and reducing churn.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Searching for new customers or leads.
  • Managing technical support issues or tickets.
  • Participating in product development or design.

Key responsibilities

Leverage AI to transform customer interactions, increasing retention and business growth by anticipating and addressing customer needs while uncovering upselling opportunities.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success within the B2B software sector.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard.
