What you will be doing

  • Utilize AI to streamline customer interactions, providing personalized check-ins and analyzing feedback for improved communication.
  • Drive product engagement by offering AI-powered recommendations and virtual assistance to personalize user experiences.
  • Focus on growth by optimizing customer success strategies to enhance upsell opportunities and minimize churn.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Generating new customer leads
  • Managing technical support issues
  • Developing new products

Key responsibilities

  • Boost customer retention and engagement by using AI to foresee customer needs, personalize interactions, and identify upselling opportunities.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer success within the B2B software sector
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard
