What you will be doing

  • Harness AI to revolutionize customer interactions, delivering personalized, data-driven communication that anticipates and addresses needs before they arise.
  • Leverage machine learning algorithms to optimize product engagement, creating tailored experiences that drive user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Spearhead AI-powered growth strategies, identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities while significantly reducing churn rates.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Cold calling or chasing new leads - your focus is on nurturing and growing existing high-value partnerships.
  • Getting bogged down in routine technical support - our AI systems handle the basics, freeing you to focus on strategic customer success.
  • Engaging in product development - while your insights will be valuable, your primary focus is on maximizing the value of our existing solutions for customers.

Key responsibilities

Drive substantial business growth by leveraging AI to transform customer success strategies, resulting in increased retention, deeper engagement, and optimized upselling opportunities.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven customer success experience in the B2B software industry, demonstrating a track record of driving retention and growth.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, showcasing your ability to integrate AI into customer success strategies.
