What you will be doing

  • Utilizing AI to streamline issue resolution, conduct personalized customer check-ins, and analyze feedback to enhance communication.
  • Driving product engagement through AI-driven recommendations, virtual assistance, and tailored user experiences.
  • Optimizing customer success strategies to boost growth and minimize churn through strategic upselling.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in new customer acquisition efforts.
  • Managing technical support tickets.
  • Involvement in product development tasks.

Key responsibilities

Harness AI to elevate customer retention, engagement, and growth by proactively meeting customer needs, personalizing interactions, and seizing upselling opportunities.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer success within the B2B software sector.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard.
