What you will be doing

  • Leverage AI to orchestrate personalized customer journeys, transforming every interaction into a strategic touchpoint for growth and retention.
  • Utilize machine learning algorithms to anticipate customer needs, enabling proactive solutions before issues arise.
  • Implement AI-driven product engagement strategies, maximizing user adoption and unlocking upsell opportunities.
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights, driving data-informed decisions that amplify customer success.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Chase new leads or engage in traditional sales activities - your focus is on nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Get bogged down in routine technical support - our AI systems handle the basics, freeing you to focus on high-impact strategies.
  • Develop product features - instead, you'll be the voice of the customer, influencing product direction through data-driven insights.
  • Rely on gut feelings or outdated metrics - every decision you make will be backed by AI-powered analytics and predictive modeling.

Key responsibilities

Drive exponential growth in customer retention, engagement, and revenue by leveraging AI to anticipate needs, personalize experiences, and uncover strategic opportunities across the entire customer lifecycle.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven customer success experience in B2B software, with a track record of driving retention and growth
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, demonstrating ability to leverage AI in practical business scenarios
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating AI-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Adaptability and eagerness to continuously learn and apply emerging AI technologies in customer success
