What you will be doing

  • Orchestrate AI-powered customer interactions that transform routine check-ins into strategic touchpoints

What you will NOT be doing

  • Customer acquisition and lead generation campaigns
  • Day-to-day technical support operations
  • Core product development and engineering tasks

Key responsibilities

  • Drive measurable business outcomes through AI-enhanced customer success strategies, focusing on retention optimization, engagement acceleration, and strategic upsell identification

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B software customer success, demonstrating exceptional relationship management skills
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, or similar generative AI platforms
