  • Driving product engagement by implementing AI-powered recommendations and personalized user experiences.
  • Strategizing for optimization and growth, focusing on upselling and reducing churn through innovative AI solutions.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Cold calling or new customer acquisition tasks.
  • Addressing basic technical support queries.
  • Engaging in product development cycles.

Key responsibilities

Leverage AI to enhance customer retention and engagement, driving significant business growth by proactively addressing customer needs and personalizing interactions.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer success role within the B2B software sector.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard.
