As our Customer Success Consultant, you'll harness the power of AI to transform every customer interaction into a data-driven, personalized experience. What you will be doing

  • Revolutionize Customer Interactions: Harness AI to resolve issues swiftly, conduct personalized check-ins, and analyze feedback for unparalleled communication efficiency.
  • Elevate Product Engagement: Implement AI-driven recommendations and personalize user experiences to maximize product adoption and value.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Leverage AI insights to identify and execute high-impact upselling opportunities, optimizing customer success strategies to boost retention and expand accounts.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Chasing New Leads: Your focus is on nurturing and growing existing client relationships, not acquiring new customers.
  • Basic Tech Support: Leave routine technical issues to our dedicated support team – your role is strategic, not reactive.
  • Product Development: While your insights will inform product direction, you won't be directly involved in building new features or products.

Key responsibilities

Spearhead customer retention, engagement, and business growth by leveraging AI to proactively address client needs, deliver personalized interactions, and unlock high-value upselling opportunities – ultimately driving measurable improvements in customer lifetime value and company revenue.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in customer success within the B2B software industry, demonstrating a keen understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, showcasing your ability to integrate AI into customer success strategies effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating the value of AI-driven solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
