What you will be doing

  • Engage with customers by utilizing AI for swift issue resolution, personalized interactions, and feedback analysis to refine communication.
  • Boost product usage through AI-driven suggestions, virtual assistance, and tailored user experiences.

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer success experience in the B2B software sector
  • Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard
