What you will be doing

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B software customer success, demonstrating exceptional relationship management skills
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, showing ability to leverage AI tools effectively
