What you will be doing

  • Spearhead growth initiatives by leveraging predictive analytics to identify upselling opportunities and optimize customer success strategies for maximum retention

What you will NOT be doing

  • Pursuing new customer acquisition or participating in initial sales processes
  • Managing technical support tickets or providing tier-one troubleshooting assistance
  • Engaging in product development activities or engineering tasks

Key responsibilities

  • Drive measurable business outcomes by deploying AI solutions that enhance customer retention rates, deepen product engagement metrics, and identify strategic upselling pathways—transforming conventional customer success into a proactive growth engine

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in B2B software customer success environments, with proven ability to drive retention and growth metrics
  • Hands-on experience utilizing generative AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard) with demonstrated understanding of their practical business applications
