What you will be doing

  • Transform customer interactions by implementing AI solutions that streamline issue resolution, create personalized engagement touchpoints, and convert feedback into actionable intelligence
  • Elevate product adoption through AI-powered recommendation engines, intelligent virtual assistance, and customized user experiences tailored to individual client needs
  • Drive strategic growth by identifying AI-detected upselling opportunities and implementing data-driven success strategies designed to minimize churn and maximize client value

What you will NOT be doing

  • Pursuing new customer acquisition or sales prospecting activities
  • Managing technical support queues or performing tier-one troubleshooting
  • Engaging in software development or product engineering tasks

Key responsibilities

  • Champion customer loyalty and business expansion by harnessing AI capabilities to anticipate client needs, deliver personalized experiences, and identify strategic opportunities for account growth and enhanced product utilization

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of at least 2 years in customer success within the B2B software ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience utilizing generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard in professional contexts
