What you will be doing

  • Utilize AI to streamline issue resolution, conduct personalized check-ins, and analyze feedback, enhancing communication with clients.
  • Drive product engagement through AI-powered recommendations, virtual assistance, and tailored user experiences.
  • Optimize customer success strategies to foster upselling opportunities and minimize churn.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in new customer acquisition.
  • Managing technical support tickets.
  • Participating in product development.

Key responsibilities

Elevate customer retention, engagement, and business growth by harnessing AI to proactively meet customer needs, personalize interactions, and unlock upselling opportunities.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer success within the B2B software sector.
  • Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard.
