What you will be doing

  • Orchestrate AI-powered customer journeys that blend sophisticated technology with personalized attention
  • Transform product adoption through smart, AI-driven insights and customized engagement strategies

What you will NOT be doing

  • Hunting for new business - our focus is on nurturing and growing existing relationships
  • Managing technical support queues - we have dedicated teams for that
  • Building product features - though your insights will help shape product direction

Key responsibilities

  • Drive exceptional customer outcomes by masterfully combining AI technologies with strategic relationship management to boost retention, deepen engagement, and unlock revenue growth opportunities

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B software customer success, demonstrating your ability to drive customer value
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, showing your readiness to embrace AI-driven solutions
