What you will be doing

  • Transform customer interactions through AI-powered communication, utilizing smart systems for issue resolution, conducting data-driven check-ins, and analyzing feedback to continuously refine your approach
  • Elevate product engagement by implementing AI-driven recommendation engines, deploying virtual assistance solutions, and crafting personalized user experiences that drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Spearhead growth initiatives by identifying AI-powered upselling opportunities and optimizing customer success strategies to minimize churn and maximize revenue potential

What you will NOT be doing

  • Pursuing new customer acquisition or sales prospecting activities
  • Serving as technical support or managing the ticket queue
  • Engaging in product development or engineering tasks

Key responsibilities

  • Drive measurable business outcomes by harnessing AI technologies to anticipate customer needs, deliver hyper-personalized experiences, identify strategic upselling opportunities, boost retention metrics, and foster deeper engagement across your portfolio of accounts

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven customer success experience specifically within the B2B software ecosystem
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience working with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, with the ability to leverage these tools effectively in a professional context
