  • Standing at the front of a classroom delivering monotonous lectures - we've left traditional teaching methods in the past
  • Focusing solely on academic metrics while ignoring personal development and character growth
  • Constraining yourself or your students to outdated educational tools and methodologies

Key responsibilities

Your core mission is to be a catalyst for transformation, creating an environment where students break through perceived limitations and discover their unlimited potential. You'll be the architect of their success story, helping them develop a mindset that turns challenges into opportunities.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
  • Exceptional communication abilities with proven success in captivating audiences
  • Genuine passion for inspiring and connecting with K-8 students
  • Track record of successful youth coaching or mentoring
  • Authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Ability to work on-site at our Nassau location
  • Commitment to complete our comprehensive paid training program in Austin, TX
