What you will be doing
As an Associate at Alpha Schools, you'll:

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field of study)
- Exceptional presentation abilities with proven capacity to captivate and inspire audiences
- Genuine passion for connecting with and motivating elementary and middle school students (K-8)
- Demonstrated experience in child-focused coaching or mentorship roles
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Commitment to on-site work at either our Brownsville or Nassau campus
- Availability to participate in our fully compensated training program at our Austin headquarters
