What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering conventional lectures or following rigid curricula—you are neither a traditional teacher nor a teaching assistant
- Focusing solely on academic metrics while neglecting the holistic development of students' mindsets and potential
- Relying on outdated educational methodologies that fail to leverage technological innovation and personalized learning
Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Exceptional public speaking ability with proven capacity to engage and energize diverse audiences
- Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8th grade students
- Demonstrated experience coaching or mentoring children
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Commitment to work in-person at our Brownsville or Nassau campus
- Availability to attend paid training at our Austin, TX headquarters
