Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
- Exceptional public speaking ability with proven capacity to engage and energize audiences
- Demonstrated passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8th grade students
- Verifiable experience in coaching or mentoring children
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Commitment to work in-person at either our Brownsville or Nassau campus
- Availability to attend our comprehensive paid training program at our Austin, TX headquarters
