What you will be doing

  • Guide and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with outstanding excellence.
  • Craft comprehensive Guide Playbooks that detail facilitation best practices, design rewarding activities, and tackle challenges.
  • Offer regular, actionable feedback to Guides to boost student engagement and performance.
  • Mentor a select group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating lesson plans – your role is to train Guides to be exceptional facilitators using adaptive apps.
  • Compromising on standards – maintaining high standards is key, with a passing grade set at 100%.
  • Delivering monotonous training – you'll engage Guides through lively, hands-on development sessions.

Key responsibilities

Train and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with world-class excellence.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in education, learning and development, coaching, or related fields.
  • Experience in developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Austin, TX or Little Rock, AR.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
