Description

Join us at Alpha, where we're redefining education and seeking a dynamic leader to elevate student success. If you're a seasoned team builder with a passion for youth development, this is your opportunity to drive impactful change.

What you will be doing

  • Lead and develop a team of Guides to excel in implementing the Alpha learning system.
  • Craft comprehensive Guide Playbooks focused on effective facilitation and innovative learning strategies.
  • Offer consistent, constructive feedback to Guides to enhance student achievement.
  • Mentor a select group of students, demonstrating advanced coaching techniques.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating lesson plans – Guides use adaptive technology; your role is to train them to be exceptional facilitators.
  • Compromising on standards – uphold our high expectations for student success.
  • Conducting mundane training – deliver engaging, interactive development sessions for Guides.

Key responsibilities

Develop and empower a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha system with exceptional quality and effectiveness.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years in education, coaching, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in creating and leading innovative educational programs.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to foster high-performing teams.
  • Experience with youth (ages 5-18) in educational settings.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills for continuous improvement.
  • On-site availability in Austin, Houston, Fort Worth, Tampa, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
