Candidate requirements
Essential Qualities for Success:

- 🎓 Bachelor's degree in any field (your passion for teaching matters most!)
- ⭐ 3+ years of experience working with 4-8 year olds in educational or related settings
- 🌱 Natural ability to foster growth mindset and coach for excellence
- 💻 Enthusiasm for integrating AI and modern tech into learning experiences
- 📝 Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
